Love ALL the TLC my fur babies get at AHAH. Dr. McG and the ladies are AWESOME!!!
Update-We (John and I) have know Dr. Cat and Lorree for over a decade and they have compassion, sympathy, loyalty, and care from the moment I hang up the phone for an appointment to the follow-up-when necessary. They ARE animal lovers and they take care of ALL our fur babies all the time. Thank you for everything, AHAH!!!!

Don’t recommend I have been to this location multiple times for my dog. My dog was getting allergies and we took her in a couple of times for the same reason. It seem like the vet/owner didn’t want to give us the right meds to cure the allergies the first time. I believe this was bc they wanted to keep on charging us for a visit bc it seemed to be repetitive after a few visits. The vet didn’t seem to want to help with the problem right away we were going in like every week for them to tell us the same thing over and over. The last visit she gave me a certain Amount of medication and I quote she said “if I needed more medication to just call and they would give me a refill” so a few weeks later I called for a refill and the front desk person said I couldn’t get a refill that I had to once again bring my dog in for a visit. Seems like they just wanted to keep charging me for the visits. Also before you leave check your receipts bc they do charge you extra for being late or missing appointments or meds/visits and they WONT tell you for the additional charges. Front desk was rude and unprofessional. They told me they didn’t want to deal with me or my dog. My dog was in pain and they didn’t care when I beg them to give me a refill. Don’t recommend this location. So sad as we live local and this place was convenient for us but I rather drive further out at this point then to deal with people being rude to me and my dog.

Dr. Cat is amazing! She and her staff are both professional and compassionate. She was able to diagnose my cat while other local vets were unable to. Sadly my cat had a terminal illness and had to be put down. Dr. Cat and her entire team at American Heritage Hospital were very compassionate and helped me with this process. My other cat is being taking care of lovingly by Dr. Cat and her team. Her prices are very reasonable and clearly the best in the Atlanta area. I will continue to go there as it is well worth the drive to go to a competent and excellent vet.

I took my litter of Miniature Schnauzer puppies here and I was so sorry that I am just finding out about this office. Dr.Cat has a true passion and love for animals and it shines through in the care she gives each individual pet. She takes her time conducting thorough examinations, answers all of your questions from a very knowledgeable perspective, is gentle and kind, and has no problem spending time helping you get a good understanding of what is going on with your pet. All of the above coupled with the fact that her prices are VERY reasonable, make her office an excellent choice. Please, do yourself and your fur baby a favor by going to Dr.Cat. She is truly exceptional! I am a bit anal about my puppies- I asked the tech to clean the exam table again in front of me. She did it with a great attitude and no hesitation. Her phone staff answer in a friendly tone and have excellent customer service. All around wonderful.

Dr. Kat was awesome! Very caring. Never have i been taken care of then billed! Their main concern was my babies and i loved it. Definitely my new vet for my 6 dogs and 2 cats! And pricing is very reasonable! Would highly recommend!!!

Dr Cat and her team are awesome. They always try to accommodate my schedule and are very good with my doctor-fearing cats 🙂 Their prices are very reasonable and they're always friendly whenever I call or go in to the clinic. I've had the unfortunate experience of having to decide on euthanasia a few times in the last several years and Dr Cat has been very sweet and patient with me and my grief. I'm very grateful to have them so nearby, I would recommend them to anyone who loves their pet(s).

Superb service!! I was referred her by my mom with her fur babies and now I take my fur baby. The staff is absolutely wonderful...they truly love animals and it shows from the moment you enter the door until you exit. You'll be treated like family here.
