I was very lucky to stumble across Americana about 14 years ago or so. I had a rough time w my girl pup for the past 16 years.
These past few weeks have been rough. They are so compassionate not only for your pet but for you as well. The way that you guys care, don’t ever loose that. Sue and Ashton, you guys are wonderful. Thank you to the whole Americana staff for taking care of my girl for so many years❤️

Very compassionate vet’s office. When our older cat got sick, they did all they could snd when it was time to say goodbye, they handled her with care and love. They even sent us a card signed by everyone for the loss of our cat with cards inside with ink stamps of her paws and face. It was a sad but caring experience.

My husband and I took our 3 dogs there for the first time today. I have a German shepherd who is fear aggressive, and vet visits are difficult for us both. The vet was amazing with him. Allowed/encouraged me to be able to step in and keep him calm.

We came back later with our little old blind man, and he had a rough visit. Through no fault of the vet, a routine blood draw ended up being abnormally painful for Charlie. Embarrassingly, I ended up having an actual panic attack over the ordeal and having to switch places with my husband to not further upset myself or the dog. The staff was very kind about this and understanding.

It's a lot easier to judge a vet when something goes awry. Things went a little awry and it was handled professionally and with compassion. Very happy to have a place I feel safe taking my dogs present and future.

These people are amazing, they care for you and your pets. Our beautiful dog of over 15 years was put down due to complications, old age and pain and they made us comfortable thru the process, and were very empathetic to my grieving mother. If you want a vet that cares, you have the right place. Thank you!

The kindest staff! We love how good the vet and the vet assistants are with our cat. You can tell they all really love animals and care about the pet owners, too. They are always very gentle and make our cat as at ease as possible.

Best experience with a veterinarian office I've ever been to!! All the staff is amazing and so kind. My sweet cat had to stay overnight and they took great care of him, gave him lots of love and kept me posted on how he was doing. I was able to rest with ease knowing he was in good hands. They were thorough with examining him and relaying information to me, I couldn't be more grateful. Didn't cost an arm & leg either compared to previous offices I've been to. Thank you all so much at Americana! My heart is full knowing my little guy is taken care of thanks to you!!

We’ve been taking our animals to Dr. Bill for many, many years. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Americana Animal Hospital. Here you will find a wonderful and compassionate staff. Very friendly and attentive to our pets. Always do their best to work you in when there is an emergency. We’ve also had the pleasure of working with Dr. Sadie when Dr. Bill isn’t available. I would never consider going anywhere else. Thank you for everything you do to keep our pets safe and healthy!

The staff was very accommodating to get my dog in for her yearly checkup as a new patient. Once there, Dr. Sadie and Bailey were SO LOVING and patient with my nervous dog and even got her tail wagging in a high stress situation (which is never the case). They took my concerns and explained things to me that my last vet disregarded. Very personable, and you can tell they love their job!
