I have an older terrier mix dog that had a mixed type coat. The groomer, Jessica, knew right away how to bring her to the beautiful girl she is now. Jessica is the most skilled groomer I’ve ever met. She didn’t say that she would “just have to shave her”. She carefully removed the long, thinner coat, and trimmed up the rest of her. Tilly was so relaxed with her, and she’s so cute now!

We have tried all kinds of places to get our Aussies’ nails trimmed - Jessica is the absolute best! She understands what each dog needs and is so sweet with our pups. Even our boy Maverick (who is known to have a lot of anxiety at the vet) was calmer than he’s ever been before when I took him for a nail trim yesterday. We are so thankful for you all!

This vet does not know what they are doing. We normally have to go there due to exotic pet, well in a nutshell he just does not know what he is doing and basically said, I don't care if he dies which is insane to say that. They make appointments without knowing what to do and if there is a doctor on call. it is really sad that you have to go through all of this as a result I have buried my kids pet not once but twice.

Jessica did a great job on our retrievers! We had a scheduling conflict so she changed her schedule to get our dogs groomed before Christmas! She is very knowledgeable and conscientious. Will definitely be back!

I went in almost in tears over my bird, Freida, who had a cut on her chest and the staff was so incredibly nice and everyone loved her and seemed to genuinely care about her. I’m so grateful for them and so is Freida, even though Dr. Young is her arch nemesis. 😂

Kaci loves staying at Andes-Straley for boarding. They tell me how well she does and she is always so happy when I pick her up. I highly recommend them. I have grooming services and the vets office is right there altogether.

I will never personally use this veterinary office again. I’m only giving them three stars when I really should probably do one because the staff was excellent however, I had a dog spayed there last week that has had some complications post surgery and they do not offer any kind of Follow up Care. I just had to take her for a recheck and come out of pocket $90 for medication’s due to some sort of reaction from the surgery. I’ve never had any of my animals spayed or neutered and had to pay extra for follow up care post surgery!

Took my dog to get groomed, they cut either her nail too short or cut her paw pad and it became infected. After a $300 vet bill she’s alright. Pick somewhere else, do NOT go here.
