Our relationship with Dr. Saleh started smack in the middle of the pandemic when no vets were taking animals in or there was an enormous wait for vet care. My beloved cat Paul had swelling to his face. I was sure it was a bad tooth. We had just moved to West Haven from Greenwich. I called Vet after vet 2 weeks or more for an appointment. I called Angel vet and got Mrs. Saleh on the phone. Explained what was wrong started bawling convinced this was the end of our Paul. She made room for Paul THAT DAY! It turned out to be an inflamed scratch inside his mouth. A round of antibiotics and he was good to go.

Some people in reviews have commented that Dr. Saleh does not have good bedside manner. This is not true. Dr. Saleh is straight and to the point. He will handle your fur baby with the confidence of an exceptionally experienced vet. What Dr. Saleh is not going to do is coddle you. He is there to cure and heal animals, not to provide a therapy session for pet owners.

Dr. Saleh will then give you all the options to resolve your pets issues. He understands that some pet owners are budget conscious and works to accommodate that. He does not upsell services or promote product.

Paul recently passed away. Dr. Saleh and his staff helped us through the process of taking care of Paul after he passed. I called several companies that handle this sort of thing and was quoted 800.00, 700.00..very expensive. Dr. Saleh got Paul taken care of for a fraction of that price.

I cannot say or explain enough good things about this practice. My appreciation for Angel and all if it's staff is absolutely enormous.

Vet and staff are very knowledgeable, kind, and professional. They've taken care of my fur babies for some time now and each had serious health issues in their later yrs. I will be forever grateful to Dr Adel Saleh and staff for being so good to my babies and for extending the quality of life they lived for so long. Thank you all so much!!!!

Dr. Adel Saleh is the best one, he did a surgery to remove a mass from my dog's leg, my dog is 14 years old and she had a heart issue, and surgeries could be very difficult with heart conditions, but the doctor was excellent and very careful, the recovering of my dog is quick and good. he was very considerate and conscious with the price of the surgery. God bless him

The vet def knows what he's talking about, but no offense the man is now up in his age, his wife retired, maybe he should think about doing the same, it's Just very very slow now, and it does not matter if you have a appointment it feels like it's basically first come first serve.. if he continues to stay he really does need more help!

Whoever the man that answers the phone is needs to be fired. If he is the owner he should be put out of business. I needed a physical for my parents dog the man said NO find someone else they are too busy and hung up the phone. My daughter called asked if they do physical the man said yes when she asked to make an appointment and he asked why my daughter said the dog has a cough the man said NO we can't see him. Why have a vet clinic that offers physicals if you going to turn down people. He is rude, unprofessional, and should not be allowed near any animal because he obviously lacks ANY type of kindness and empathy for the animals in need or their owners.

I had to bring my cat in because he was lethargic and I knew something was wrong. Dr. Saleh has a brusque disposition but that is just his personality. My cat is around 14 years old and the doctor kind of prepared me for the worst. He took blood and we found out he has high sugar and a bladder infection. He gave me antibiotics and special food for my fur baby and he is improving by the day. I have never had a bad experience here. The vet tech is very kind and compassionate. My only complaint is that it takes a while to pay and get out of there but that’s because they are busy, busy with other patients. So have some patience.
