We were visiting in the area with our dog, and he developed some allergies, I called another local vet and they wouldn't see him due to being a German shepherd. I then made a appointment with Angel Care, and so glad I did! The doctor and staff were extremely kind. My dog got a few shots and meds for his allergies, and within a few days he was itch free. Would recommend and come back when visiting again.

Well... Had my Frenchy checked with blood test. Ultra sound and x ray pay....to make sure her smeary looking period was nothing bad/ all good. Got her spayed (and the spaying was much more than I was told, after them listing the must haves extras...) ... after this heat...paid a bunch extras they push on you but here it comes now... After she was done with her antibiotic from the spay surgery, my dog had a tiny, brownish gel spot coming out with her pee. Now and then... but for the past 3 days every day. It's 3 weeks after the surgery and Doctor told me I am being charged a new $95 first check up, need a new blood test and new ultrasound because he thinks it can not have to do anything with her spay surgery because that was 3 weeks ago. Yes. ONLY 3 WEEKS AGO AND HER SPOTTING STARTED A FEW DAYS AFTER HER ANTIBIOTICS WERE DONE...to me, that means her antibiotics weren't strong or long enough or he screwed something up inside of my dog...
Money hungry, business driven, sadly like so many other Vet offices nowadays. Doc is kinda' and staff are friendly, yes, but again... This is BS and not true caring for an animal. All I expected was not to be charged a new visit charge. Any other I don't have a problem with, if my dog needs it. I've read other reviews by now and ,just say; yes, they push the prices and pay immediately as soon as you are at the counter and that is strange, too. Well. I am gone. Will find another Vet, doing better research now. He better not tell me that something wasn't done right during this spay surgery... Shame on all these Vets that seriously only care about money and mass production.... I have the financial means to pay my pets vet bill but it is just not right to demand certain charges and this one was a total f' the client charge or client can go elsewhere. Again; I chose elsewhere now.

IAgeee with all the comments stating this pet care is money hungry. I took our pet to this office with serious skin problems and was told that the wait will be about 2 hours. One of the customer told me that I should not wait and maybe take my pet somewhere. I decided to take my pet to another pet care which was recommended by the customer I was talking to. But the pet care did not take Salina so I took my pet to the nearest pet hospital and was seen. The doctor of angel pet care called me and asks what happen, I told the doctor what happen and said he would investigate and call me back. The doctor keep calling me and so annoying that he spent more time investigating than dealing with my pets issue. A few months ago I terminated their service and trying to order food and shampoo and they will not acknowledge the prescription of food and shampoo which I already paid for our pet to have. To make story short, our pet have been seen and prescribed food and shampoo due to sensitive skin and diet which is good for a year.
I WILL NOT REFER THEM NOTVEVEN TO MY WORST ENEMY!!!! They do not deserve any star, if I can only put - star.

My opening comment... THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!
Angel Care Pet Hospital was reccomended to us by a dear friend.
I took my 5 month old Shitzu there for a rabbies shot on a walk in basis, I did not make an appointment.
The staff were very friendly and the place smelled fresh and looked amazingly clean . From filling out the new client form to having my dogs shot, the completion from start to finish was no longer than 15 maybe 20 minutes tops, not too bad at all for a walk in.
The most amazing part is when it was time to pay... I walked out with total bill of $14.00, yes, fourteen dollars.

My previous Vet charges $70.00 each office visit, not including the costs of the actual service needed.

I will highly reccomend Angel Care Pet Hospital to my family and friends, that's why I'm so glad my friend told me about Angel Care, they have a new client forever!

Keep up the good work Angel Care Pet Hospital Staff!!

Money hungry -Horrible staff and service. They care more about money than the well being of your pets. The Dr is also the owner and allows staff to talk to customers in a rude manner just like him. DO NOT GO TO THIS VET!! Went to do a C section on my Frenchie, The staff advised" if you do not make payment in 5 minutes you gotta go, we were not even there for 15 mins when they were asking for money rather than checking my dog. Dr diagnosed an emergency C section without needing seeing my dog. I will file a state Board complaint and contact the Attny General. This Dr should not hold a license. I should have read all this HORRIBLE REVIEWS about him asking for money before taking my dogs. WORST DR and CLINIC ever!!! I Paid almost 3K for services to this horrible clinic.
I RECOMMEND to anyone that has had the same thing happen to file a State Board complaint.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS HERE! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED... we took our 1 year old dog in because she wasn't resting and acting lethargic and ended up spending $2000+ for tests to see what was going on. After finding nothing they suggested an MRI to see if she had something in her lungs or stomach. After the MRI they found a small mass in her stomach and said it would cost $5000 to do surgery and they're was no guarantee that it would work. Heartbroken, I told her that I couldn't afford the surgery but I wanted to see if they had anything else like payment plans. She said I would need to pay it in full before she could start. I asked her for a little time to figure out what I could do. I then get a call back 5 minutes later basically saying, "you need to make a choice we can't hold her for ever. "I was forced to put her down at a generous $300 plus another $400 for cremation and a paw print.

That was a hard one to recover from and my wife and daughters took it really hard. After a few months of going through the grieving process, they started suggesting that they were ready for anther dog. I was reluctant because I didn'twant to go through that pain again. Sure enough, I gave in and bought 2 beautiful white German shepherd puppies 4 months old. My wife, for some odd reason decided to take them to Angel Care for their first round of vaccines. They were given 6 shots in total at the same time. After the first day of getting the shots, one of them got really sick and wouldn't eat as our drink water for 3 days. She would hide away from us in a corner of the house, we thought for sure she wasn't going to make it. Thankfully, on the 4th day she turned around and was feeling better. At the very same time, her sister; the other puppy started getting sick. She followed the same symptoms and behaviors so we tried to do for her what we did for her sister in hopes that she would turn around.

We woke up this morning and she was completely non responsive barely breathing. Just as we started to get ready to take to get a vet she passed away. We had a friend who is a veterinarian in a different state do a video call to see the puppies and she did her self that they are way too thin to be given all 6 shots at the same time and that the dogs passing was due to the vets negligence. Be very careful and do your research when looking for care for your special pets. Alot of vets are like mechanics, they are a business at the end of the day and I think they create problems at times to keep your animal coming back.

We have had a few experiences here and the staff have always been so kind and caring. Considerate and they go above and beyond. The prices are a bit less than other places on some services and they offer low cost vaccine clinics. They were great when we had to put our Buddy down a few weeks ago. They sent us a card with his paw print and then they saved a lock of his hair. Very thoughtful and considerate.
