Dr. Reagan was very gentle and patient with each of our cats (we brought in 4) for vaccines and check-ups. She explained everything and offered time for concerns and questions. Very nice visit.

Animal care center is AMAZING! Our dog has been a patient there for over a decade and they take excellent care of him. Recently our cat had a procedure and the staff explained his discharge instructions thoroughly. The front desk team is great (the Lauras) and everyone is very friendly. Even when they’re busy they acknowledge you and make it known that you are important. Would highly recommend!

My dog is a Great Pyrenees and has not usually had great vet experiences since he was neutered and got hurt during this (not here). I explained to the vet what happened as in his chart it states he is aggressive (from the other place). The vet and tech took their time with him and listened to what I had to say to try and help. My dog was in pain as he has a really bad ear infection, on top of a skin infection that we have been trying to treat at home with no luck because we have been scared to try and take him anywhere. All I can say is he had a GREAT visit. I recommend this vet 10/10.

I am new to the area with an older dog and needed a new vet. I called for an appt and I was able to get an appt the same day. The office staff was super nice on the phone and also called for my dog’s previous vet records. I had the best experience in the office during the appt from start to finish. I received honest and kind advice for my pup-and she treated so kindly by the vet and staff. The vet was great, she went over all the labs both from my previous vet and new lab results and options. Highly recommend this office all the way around. Thank you for what you do!

All the Vets, Vet techs and staff are so nice and work very hard to take care of your pets and educate you about any issues your pets may have.

I had a Pug, Nay Nay, get very sick seemily overnight, went blind and got so many allergies and skin conditions that she lost all her hair and smelled terrible. It took a year to find the right combination of medicine and food but and the whole staff was with me all the way. She got back to being her beautiful self and I got to spend 10 more years with her. It was such a gift.

They are so kind and caring when it's time for your fur babies to pass on.

They have been my vet for 18+ years and I have never left disappointed in their service and always felt confident about how to best care for my 6 dogs.

There is no better place in New Bern to take your fur babies.

Every time I called, I was greeted and treated very courteously. When I had to bring in my young cat to be spayed, I was having back problems, and they even came out to receive her from the car and brought her out to the car, when the surgery was completed, and explained all the paperwork at the car! Their prices are very fair, also. Every person I have talked to there has been too notch. Also, when I looked for the surgery site, I could hardly find it because the surgeon did such an amazing job. I am so thankful for the caretaking we received at Animal Care Center,!!!
