Wonderful staff and veterinarians. They were able to set up a same day appointment with Dr. Clifton to see my rat who needed a tumor removal. Surgery was set for two days later, and they made drop off and pick up efficient and comfortable. I was given an update call immediately following surgery as well as a follow up call the next day (which was a Saturday!) Very happy with results and will take future appointments here.

My grandparents have been taking their pets here for many, many years. Always amazing service! When my Grandfather was sick I took over the care for his 30 year old turtle at the time, this was almost two years ago. My Grandpa passed and I kept Mudd AKA Muddy Waters, my Mom brought her in recently as we noticed a decline in her health and being over 32 years old a few years younger than me (she was around when I was a kid), we thought it humane to do euthanasia.

It was difficult as we felt like we were saying goodbye to my Grandpa again as he loved his little turtle girl, the staff and Dr. Tucker were amazing and educating on how this process works for reptiles and helping us understand it is the right decision. We received a card today with a stamp of her little paw and nose, and it touched our hearts. Compassion not lost in a business practice, where these wonderful individuals have to do this everyday, we greatly appreciated it and will continue to recommend this great clinic. Thank you!

Absolutely LOVE all the staff at Animal Care Clinic. We recently had to put down our nine year old dog, one of the hardest things ever. Dr. Tucker and her staff were extremely passionate, caring and respectful.
They have so far cared for 6 of our dogs, 4 cats & 2 rabbits along with many family members pets! Always kind, caring and passionate about each pet. They give many treatment option as well as consider costs.
I highly recommend this Facility to all pet owners!!

I love this place. I have been coming here for years and they have always taken extremely good care of my cat. The office itself is a converted home, which makes it feel really welcoming and everyone at the office has been a pleasure to work with.

I think the closest thing I can say to a negative is their scheduling can be pretty hit or miss. I have gotten same-day appointments for routine check ups, and been told they are booked two months out before. Don't let that stop you from using them though; these people are local, knowledgeable, caring, and professional. Not sure you can ask for too much more from a vet clinic.

When I look back on the year 2021, something I am really grateful for is the skillful and compassionate work of Dr. Tucker and her team.

Last Spring, my little cat, Shadow, developed a urinary tract blockage. He was suddenly unable to urinate and was suffering greatly. I turned to Dr. Tucker's clinic, because they were ready to see him immediately, without an appointment, even though they are always booked for weeks in advance.

After repeated catheters, and continued blockage, Shadow's only hope for survival was a risky surgery. Dr. Tucker performed this difficult surgery, and Shadow was able to survive and recover.

But, even before saving his life, I was impressed by Dr. Tucker and her team's care and compassion. From Dr. Tucker taking Shadow to her home for observation when the clinic was closed, to always making time to see him at a time of emergency, to letting me visit him in the clinic to cheer him up (sometimes daily), to sending Shadow home with his favorite cat bed (just because he took a liking to it), I felt like the clinic's staff really cared about his recovery.

Keeping in mind how expensive the surgery and hospitalization was, Dr. Tucker also did a lot to minimize my expenses, doing a lot of work for free, or at a discounted rate.

2021 was a difficult year, but thanks to Dr. Tucker's clinic, I got to spend it in the company of my special kitty. Thank you for your services to the animal community, and special thanks and highest ratings from me and Shadow. He is doing well so far, and we're looking forward to have check-ups in the future.
