My husband and I adopted a kitten from here at Christmas this past year. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We brought our fur baby home and had follow up questions which they happily answered for us. Lady has adjusted well to her new home in Florida. She loves to sun bath, play with her toys, give cuddles, watch TV, eat, and sleep. I am not sure how to post a picture but she is adjusting well and last time we checked she is almost 4 pounds. Thank you for helping find this wonderful fur baby to add to the family!!!

I am extremely disappointed with the treatment I received this evening. My puppy was experiencing bloody stool with worms, and as a second-time dog owner, I was understandably alarmed and unsure of what to do. I was referred to the clinic by an existing client and called the emergency line since it was after hours.

The veterinarian I spoke with was incredibly rude, especially during my moment of panic. He interrupted me multiple times and dismissed my concerns, stating this was not an emergency situation. While I understand worms may not be critical, the sight of blood was deeply concerning, and I simply needed reassurance about my puppy's well-being.

When he asked if I was a client and I explained I was referred by an existing customer, his response was curt and dismissive. He abruptly informed me that this clinic is not accepting new clients, and then hung up on me without offering any guidance or support.

I have never experienced such poor customer service or a lack of empathy from a veterinary professional. While I now realize this situation may not have warranted an emergency call, the dismissive and unkind behavior was completely uncalled for.

This experience has made it clear that I would never trust this clinic with the care of my dog, healthy or otherwise. I am deeply disappointed by the lack of compassion shown to someone in distress.

Staff there is really nice. They were patient with my crazy little fur baby. And it was affordable. I recommend this Vet Clinic to everyone

Dr. Kim and her staff are amazing. I have never experienced a more caring and professional vet and staff. We took our Great Dane here for all of her medical needs and for boarding all 7 years she was with us. I can't say enough good things about the Paxton Animal Clinic.

Absolutely love the Animal Clinic. Dr Kimberly is amazing and her staff are wonderful too. Payton and Emma adore them (even though they hate going to the vet). Dr Kimberly and her staff have saved Paytons life several times (Parvo & 2 - swallowed items). They are affordable too. I highly recommend them!

I've been taking my Furbabies there for over 34 years, and have always received the best advice and care for my animals. Free parking and handicap accessible. Very knowledgeable staff and they really do care about your furbabies and care and Love them as you would. The BEST in Paxton !!! Sometimes I would rather see my Vet then a specialist for myself ?
