Dr Madole and his staff are top notch! We have had several major health issues with our rescue dogs and he has always provided excellent care while showing he genuinely cares. We have also felt the same care from Jan and Robyn, as well as the entire staff. We will not trust anyone else with our fur babies!

Wonderful experience. Moved back to the area and had a hard time finding a vet to take new clients. Animal clinic north got us a same day appointment with our sick pup. Ended up needing a dental. They weren't pushy about updating vaccines or doing expensive blood work. Fast-forward 6 months later our other old pup was having dental issues. Again they got us in immediately and did a dental that same day. Very friendly staff, non judgemental. We bought a house further away, but I will continue to make the trip here.

Our family has been using Animal Clinic North for almost 20 years. We've had several cats and one dog in their care over the years. The reason I am writing this review now is because of a sad situation with one of our older cats back in September. Because of age and disability, we had to make the beyond difficult decision to put our cat down after 16 years with her. We were not able to financially afford at in-home service and brought her to Animal Clinic North, where she had received care for her entire life. They made the environment welcoming, calming, and as easy as something like that can be. The staff and the doctor were very caring, very understanding, and very respectful during the entire process. A few weeks later, we received a beautiful handwritten sympathy card from their staff. I highly recommend this vet! I would not take my animals anywhere else.

I’ve been going here for over 10 years. Mostly good experiences, especially love the lady at the front desk, always so nice. But my short experience yesterday, made me make the decision that I won’t be taking my future pets here. My dog passed away over the weekend, so I figured I’d give them a call to inform them. The man who answered said “alright he’s out of our system, thanks bye.” Not that I needed a pity party, but just an ounce of compassion would have been appreciated. I get vets have to deal with all sorts of sad things on a daily basis but to not even get a gentle tone, a sorry for your loss, nothing? Just “he’s out of our system bye”. Maybe I’m overly sensitive right now, but it definitely poked at an open wound. The staff I had the pleasure of working with during his passing at an emergency vet went above and beyond, I guess I just expected my own vet office to show just the slightest bit of sympathy. Sadly won’t be returning here after this.

ACN has taken extremely great care of 4 of my pups! They are straight to the point and do not attempt to run unnecessary tests to nickel and dime you. I trust this clinic completely! On top of that, they are reasonably priced, which we all can appreciate! For a small family feel, take your beloved pets here.

I absolutely love this clinic. Everyone from the moment you walk in until the moment you leave is just so kind and caring. Dr Madole is awesome and quite obviously an animal lover. He was wonderful with our elderly cat who needed surgery and Abby was just so sweet as well. I cannot recommend this clinic enough!!
