I cannot thank Dexter and Dr. Kissinger enough for the exceptional care they provided to my dog, Lola, during a very stressful time. Lola had a severe allergic reaction and was in significant pain, which made her extremely aggressive—a behavior that is very uncharacteristic of her. Despite this, Dexter and Dr. Kissinger were nothing but patient, kind, and understanding throughout the entire process.

They went above and beyond to ensure that Lola was treated with the utmost compassion, even when her aggression made the situation challenging. They took the time to explain everything thoroughly, giving me a variety of tips and different things to watch for in the future to prevent and manage similar situations.

Their professionalism and empathy truly stood out, and I felt reassured knowing that Lola was in such capable hands. It’s clear they both genuinely care about their patients and their families. I’m incredibly grateful for their guidance and the care they provided to help Lola recover. I highly recommend them to any pet parent looking for a team that truly goes the extra mile for their furry family members.

My Siberian Macy was bit by a copperhead last Friday late evening. I called this clinic to let them know we were coming. The very friendly lady at the front desk was concerned about my long drive and offered to give me the phone number of an emergency clinic closer to my house, but she also said we were more than welcome to come and that they had antivenin.

Since I had great experience with this clinic in the past, I opted for the longer drive and headed there. The lady at the front desk was so nice and caring. The vet tech who took my dog back was also so caring and so nice. We were seen promptly. Dr. Maloy is an amazing vet. She is very caring, very professional, and very knowledgeable. It was a great visit, and my dog is doing well.

If you are in need of an emergency clinic that you can trust, this is the right place!!!!! I highly recommend. I hope we don't have to go back, but if we do, I know my dogs will receive great care!!!!!

Very grateful to this practice. Over the years, we have received great care at odd hours for our pets. Our recent visit with Dr. "Joel" was exceptional. He performed a very thorough exam and diagnosed our dog's issue accurately. Staff is warm and friendly too.

We were quoted about 3.5-5k to help regulate my dogs diabetes and were told we were going to have to leave him at a hospital overnight. This hospital lowered the cost to $500 without overcharging us for things that we didn’t need. I am super grateful that we came here because they are upfront with you about what you need and care about your pets!

AMAZING! I have 3 dogs. I have had many situations where I have to drive to EV late at night. This was the best emergency vet I've ever been to. The staff was extremly nice. The doctor was amazing. They were very affordable and quick. Fixed my baby right up. We were in and out. The paper work given was very detailed and organized in a folder. I think we finally found our go-to 24/7 EV. HIGHLY RECCOMEND.

Lauren and Dr Kissinger took excellent care of our 115 lb dog when he had an emergency while we were out of town. We so appreciated their responsiveness and attention to him when he was unwell. It was a stressful situation for us since we had to rely on others to take him in, but they did such a good job and communicated with us well. This place has been a godsend at least 3 times for us now, once for our sweet cat and now twice for little Lulu, one of our beagles. I'm so thankful for the thorough physical exam Dr. Joel Landrum performed and for his patience and humor. I wish he could be our full-time vet, but I'm glad he's here for our emergencies.

Took my cat because I was worried about a hematoma in his ear and they were very nice and understanding about my concerns as well as working with him to keep him calm, as he can go off his rocker at the vet. I was worried about the cost as a college student but it was very inexpensive, also due to it being such small hematoma. They were very nice and explained this very well. As far as cost I found it to be very reasonable which is why I chose to goto them.
