Excelente servicio y muy rápida atención estoy muy agradecida porque mi perrito estuvo en muy buenas manos . Y salió muy bien de su cirugía.

Tengan cuidado con este lugar, aparte que tardan horas para atenderte dan diagnósticos mal, mi gato tenia feline lukimia y dijeron k tenia infección respiratoria le dieron medicamento que el no necesitaba y obviamente mi gato murió, a eyos no les importa la vida de los animales, en ese caso uviera dejado morir a mi gato en casa en vez de pagar mucho dinero por nada, como quiera tuvo el mismo sufrimiento, xk la medicina NO era para lo q el necesitaba, una disque encargada hablo con nosotros y quería q dijéramos k eyos tenían la razón PERO NO y lo único q iso fue colgarlos el teléfono (SHADOW)

Este hopital asen esperar mucho tiempo llege alas 7.30 son la 9.30 y no meatienden

Nos hicieron esperar 3 horas , afuera Y de paso nos dijeron que nuestro perro no estaba muriendo , así que tenia que esperar .. pero si tu buscas un lugar de emergencia... es por que lo es .. son inhumanos .. Muy mal servicio .. no lo recomiendo Nos fuimos y no atendieron a mi bulldog ?

Waited 1.5h after check in to get a room. Vet assistant gathered info about my Dog then had to wait another hour for the actual Vet to check on my dog. The actual wait time didnt bother me as i was not in a hurry but when the Vet came in, She just gave my Dog a Shot, did some laser treatment on my Dog's paw and left. The Vet only treated my Dog for less than 5 mins and didn't even touch his paw to see what he had. Only did laser treatment, a shot and gave me a prescription. $400 for the Visit. I wasn't told what my dog had, only gave me a big bill and send me on my way. 4 days later and my dog's paw still itching and my dog cant stop chewing his own paw. The medicine they gave me did absosuly nothing. Btw the pills are super expensive, why each bottle of 10 pills cost almost $50 each? At least make them taste like treats, my dog hates them so much. This place should only be used if it is a Big Emergency. $130 just to check in. My local Vet would have charge 1/2 and would have put 100% more effort. Overall, i will never comeback here. Staff was friendly but that gets me no where if they do not attend to my dog and treat him a like a number.

We had recently taken in a neighborhood cat and we did not have a vet. The cat was showing signs of a uti. The hospital was very nice on phone and said come in. They treated our Sam with care and kindness and kept us informed every step of the way. The vet was so thorough in telling us about his care. They took plenty of time with him too even though they were super busy. I also appreciate that the hospital was easy to find. Thanks to them our buddy is feeling better!

My puppy Max fell off the bed while being in my little sisters watch and hurt his leg and was crying and limping. I went to this hospital at 1 in the morning and I waited about 30 mins until they saw me and took my baby in right away. Luckily nothing was broken and he’s okay now walking on all fours! The care that all the vets have felt so welcoming and reassuring. Dr Williams was the sweetest and honest you can tell she truly cares for animals. Thank you so much to her and to the rest of the staff! :)

Thank you for being so compassionate and caring! The entire staff is absolutely wonderful. I know people keep complaining about price, but this is a place of business. They do their job well, and they are not over priced for the things they see and have to deal with every day. I was there for a few hours (my dog only sprained his shoulder but was fine compared to the 20 other cases that came in). I saw a lot of sadness in those hours, and I can't imagine what they all go through day after day! Thank you for being open even on a holiday and still keeping smiles! You will forever be the best emergency vet there is! Gojira thanks you too! ❤️?
