Si tiene una estrella es con razón!!!!! NO lleves tu mascota a este hospital, tuve la peor experiencia con mi perrito. Tienen la costumbre de referirse a el precio por servicios como su prioridad y cuando llegas no te tratan con sentido de urgencia, se toman su tiempo mientras tu impaciénteme te tienes que quedar afuera en tu carro hasta que se dignen a llamarte con el resultado de la evaluación que hasta que esto suceda tu mascota estará quien sabe sola en una esquina sufriendo su estado y tu ni siquiera puedes estar ahí para darle consuelo. Que horrible!!!!! Espero este comentario sirva para ahorrarle a muchos tal desesperación! Por otro lado estoy feliz que les quite mi perrito justo a tiempo y me lo lleve al Oviedo Veterinary care emergency y eso si que es profesionalismo y no me arrepiento de haber pagado por tan bien servicio!

My dog suffered from anaphylaxis Thanksgiving night. Despite it being a holiday, the staff was friendly and got her into an exam room immediately. It’s a business so yes, you are expected to pay before treatment begins but they will show you the treatment plan and make sure you agree with it prior to payment. I didn’t feel as if the prices were unreasonable for an emergency vet. My baby ended up needing to stay for 24 hours and I received a phone call from the doctor at the time they told me to expect. They call every morning and evening with updates on your pet. If your pet has to spend the night, they will charge you a buffer in case anything pops up later but whatever is not used from that will be refunded. We were able to visit my dog in the morning as she wasn’t ready to go home yet. The discharge process seemed very thorough and didn’t feel rushed. My dog can be shy around new people but she seemed very happy and comfortable around all of the staff. It was clear they took great care of her.

Hands down the best animal emergency hospital. They are taking great care of my pets. They were able to get both my cats in right away and had them stay over night. All of the staff explained everything. Refreshments were made available to us coffee, tea water and even hot chocolate. We can’t express our gratitude and appreciation enough.

On 06/20 we had to bring our sweet 7mo puppy, Alfredo (Alfie) in. He had eaten a razor and some plastic. They were amazing! The staff was so compassionate as I sobbed and took him immediately for X-rays. Then the doctor came in to tell us he indeed had eaten them and needed surgery. They started prepping for surgery immediately and brought him to us for a few minutes to visit. They dealt with my constant helicopter mom calls every hour or so to check on him + let me come visit late that night. They were prompt in calling and letting me know every update and have been prompt in following up. Happy to day we are on day 2/3 of surgery and Alfie is doing well all because of this hospital and their team!

Amazing 24 hour facility. I travelled a bit farther to bring my pet rabbit here and they did a fantastic job. Working at an emergency vet clinic can be stressful and hectic, but all staff was very calm, personable, and clearly explained all recommendations. They provided various treatment options, completed diagnostics and shared results promptly!

They were very patient with me and my questions. They clearly handled my rabbit with care. Pricing was very fair! Emergency care is going to be expensive regardless, but pricing was incredibly reasonable for the standard of care provided. They were transparent about cost and presented estimates and options prior treatment. Dr. Kuzimski was very thorough in her work up of my pet, and helped me feel comfortable and informed about his care.

The facility is very clean, regular updates are provided, the waiting room is comfortable, and most importantly, they returned my beloved pet to me in better shape than when I entered. They provided a clear plan after discharge and checked in afterwards to make sure everything was okay.

I’m very appreciative of all the staff from front desk, to technicians, to doctors who provided my little fluff care.

Spent all my resources here to save my dog. Somehow $300 of bloodwork wasn't enough to figure out anything other than "an infection." I was sent home with another $400 of antibiotics, which is now sitting on my counter because 2 days later, my dog painfully died in my arms at home. Their response when I called to say he was continuing to decline the next day was that I denied additional bloodwork, and I needed to come back in. So what was the $700 for, then? They ask you how much you can spend, and then suddenly, that's how much your bill is. I don't need a response from the facility either - we all get it. Pet care is expensive. But it's supposed to save your dog...not leave you with nothing. He was only 5. This was completely senseless and now I can blame myself for choosing this place. Please go elsewhere.

We have been coming here since 4/28/24 at the beginning every day for over a month & now every other day due to our GSP being bit by a brown recluse. 5 stars are not enough to give to the amazing staff, from the front staff to the back staff!! My boy gets so excited to come to see his girls!!

Last night, I came to this hospital in distress with my pet due to her stumbling and acting disoriented with something clearly wrong. The individuals that work here, do not care about your pet, even if they do the way that this operation is ran does not even allow them due to it being a completely money grab. I really believe they pray on the emotionally vulnerable in hectic situations to get as much money as possible out of you. They did not help my dog at all, and refused to help my dog in anyway unless I paid a certain amount of money for any testing. They demand a $105 exam fee just for stepping in an exam room with your pet, there is no examination that is actually done besides what everyone can see with their own eyes. We asked them to work with our financial budget and they were trying to charge us ridiculous amount for even a simple nausea and saline IV, which I am a pharmacy manager and am aware of the actual cost of these drugs. I have never experienced a place like this before, they sent out multiple different people to try to sway us to spend the money. Then the final person to deliver the message was a lady named Gina, which in my professional opinion should not work in any kind of field related to helping animals or humans because that women did not care or have any empathy at all. I refused to pay the $105 because nothing was done, I mean nothing besides wasting my time to get my dog the care she needed. I was able to make it through the evening with my sweet dog, caring for her myself at home and get her the proper reasonable care somewhere else. Please, if you value your animals life and wellbeing, you need to go anywhere but here.
