I had to go to another place with my 6 babies . I know is not easy for my humans parents they made me to feel part of them with Amiko .Alahi. Aruma and Ares...

Amazing service they are 24/7 price was not bad at all My little cockatiel got tangled up with her foot it started swelling. From the phone call to see if they would look at her till time to go home they were so kind and kept me informed. They never treated me like I didn't know anything like other places.Gave me treatment options and supported my decision. Never tried to make me pay more for something not needed.Very very great customer service the frount ladies helped me stay calm and were so very kind. I would definitely recommend ? Update* she's home and doing great!

The kindness and care shown by all staff members was refreshing. Our pup wasn’t stressed in the least, problem solved in ten minutes and we saved money when the veterinarian suggested we NOT run unnecessary tests .

We have had to go here two different times and both were great experiences. We had to wait about and hour to see the vet, on our most recent visit. The staff were wonderful. They came and checked on us multiple times and made a pallet of blankets for my dog to "nest" in while we waited. They had water and coffee available for the humans too.

My only recommendation, would be to post your guest wifi password in the exam rooms.

EVERYONE was so nice, helpful and understanding during a difficult time. My Sphynx Hairy had a kitty heart attack,
Dr McGee took care of him and explained everything. I am grateful to everyone from the sweet lady at the front, all the techs that helped to Dr McGee!

Visits to the hospital are always very smooth. My dogs don’t mind being in the environment. The staff is empathetic, timely, and professional. My dogs, love the staff! Without a doubt, the animal emergency Hospital of North Texas is where I will continue to take my dogs for urgent or emergent care.

This ER vet is awesome! They helped my dog recover from getting into ant poison. The doctors and all the staff here are wonderful. My dog is doing much better. I even got a refund on the meds they didn’t need to use. They only do what is most needed to help your pet.
