It’s always difficult to take your pet to the vet when they’re not feeling well or hurting! Especially the 24 hour vet. But I feel that my cat Gracie is well taken care of and we had a pawsitive experience. ? The tech Jamie was on shift the night we were there recently, and Dr. Sommers. We are grateful for their care for Gracie. She is feeling better.

Our dog had some upset tummy issues and we took her in to make sure it wasn’t more severe. The staff was stretched pretty thin but still made us a priority amidst the chaos. They gave us multiple options and levels of treatment and made sure we understood it. Pricing was reasonable and we know our pup was in good hands! Thank y’all so much!

My cat was in a fight, they took good care of my cat while we were there and gave us medicine for him. They cleaned the wound, and shaved around for it to breathe. He did great, and so did they

My dog ripped off a nail, leaving the entire quick exposed. Her vet is closed on Saturdays, so I am extremely grateful that Animal Emergency of Gainesville was open. They took her back quickly and did a great job explaining the procedure that was necessary and handling everything promptly. While I hope we don’t ever need them again, I will always trust them to take good care of my best friend.

The staff was very attentive and caring. The doctor was thorough and knowledgeable. She made a diagnosis that was correct. They gave their prices up front, and they are not really any different from prices you experience at any other Veterinary Clinic in this area. The pet owner has options concerning treatment. Everyone made sure our dog was given the absolute best of care. He was not afraid of the people who examined him. They were gentle and reassuring. We had a pleasant experience and will not hesitate to return there if we have any further emergencies with our animals.

Dr. Ingle took good care of our dog...he stayed overnight and she explained everything and kept us informed.
4 stars only because I did not appreciate their process of providing status of animals and discussing costs with owners in the open waiting room, in front of other clients.
During our stay, they discussed euthanizing 2 dogs and another dog coded and failed CPR. I felt so badly for those animals and families; honestly, though, I should not have been privvy to this information.

Wonderful staff. Our dog Rosie was bitten by a diamondback rattlesnake and we took her here. Dr. Brown was great. They administered antivenin and watched her through the night, and now she's out of the woods and starting a full recovery.

Words can’t express how grateful I am for Dr.Brown & his lead Tech! My bulldog swallowed a foreign object.Dr.Brown & his amazing staff went over and beyond to save my baby ..Due to Covid we don’t make the same type of money anymore ..We went to multiple different Er vets and wasn’t able to afford the amount that they quoted us ..It was heaven sent that we found Dr.Brown!! His price was reasonable!! This place is a blessing for my family!God forbids anything like this to happen again but if it does I know exactly where to come !! Thank you so much Dr.Brown & his amazing lead tech !!! (Sorry I forgot his name !)
