While Dr. Judy is knowledgeable, she's not the vet to go to if you can't afford to feed your dog raw food. Because that is her go to solution for many issues. And the price for her to tell me that was through the roof! You can tell her neighbors aren't happy with the set up either, every time I have gone they give the stink eye (and I was parked in her driveway). She's a smart lady but really only benefits those able to buy raw for their pets.

Dr Judy is a wonderful vet. We took our dog there and she started treating him right away.
She works with mistletoe, keto diets, herbs, cbd treatment, and a lot of other good natural choices to heal the body.
We enjoyed going there with my wife and we believe that dr Judy will help our dog to get better.
Her type of treatments make a lot of sense and I strongly suggest people to get take their pets here to get treated.

I was referred to Dr. Judy and her staff through my research of trying to save my kitty. To make a long story short my kitty was having very mysterious symptoms that were very difficult to solve. After taking my kitty to Dr. Judy he is now back to his normal, healthy and vibrant self. It has given me great peace to know that I'll have the best care in the future for my animals. Dr. Judy and her staff are quite amazing and brilliant at what they do! I am very grateful to have found this place! I can't thank them enough for getting me through a very difficult heartbreaking time !

was trying to get a refill of my dogs meds that she has been on for cancer for months. When I asked if I can get a script and order it online else where I was told no and then was told "oh by the way we can't give you a refill until you make an appointment because the dr wants to see the patient every 6 months to see how things are going"

Mind you I was seen last 5 months ago not six. When I asked them to refill her meds for this month and ill make an appointment in September I was emailed back a NASTY email by Chris saying this..

"My "mess up", (your words), was in not realizing that I should not have prepared a product invoice for you at all. However, that "mess up" provided you with an entire week in which to pay for and receive these herbs, if that was your goal. But you didn't do that. Not even after repeated emails asking you to pay for your order, before I then realized this order shouldn't have been prepared at all.

Now you are demanding we "honor this order". An order that you shouldn't have received in the first place, and apparently had no intentions of paying for? I'm sorry, but that makes no logical sense.

As I mentioned previously, Dr. Jasek requires 6-month follow-ups so she can evaluate a pet's condition and their response/non-response to the treatment already prescribed. It doesn't make sense to keep a pet on something if it isn't helping. Every pet is a unique being and responds differently to treatment protocols, and so we need to monitor and respond to your pet's response. We don't do "one-size-fits-all" treatment protocols here at AHA.

After speaking with Dr. Jasek about this case, it appears to us that our practice philosophy is not a good fit for you and Little Nug. I would suggest finding someone in your immediate area, so that you can quickly and easily obtain any prescribed supplies locally, since this appears to be a top concern.

I am attaching all of the records that we have in our system for Little Nug, so you have them to present to other clinics you may visit. Since you now have everything that we have, there is no need to contact us further, and we will not be responding to any further correspondence from you.

1st of all what employee even accuses someone of having no intentions to pay? i clearly have been a patient for months and been paying for refills. Chris needs to learn customer service because the way he emails people in writing is SO unprofessional.

RUDEEEEEEEEEEE only looking for money. Definitely reporting this practice for being unethical to the states veterinary board.

Dr. Jasek is very skillful in using holistic approach instead of western medicine. Under her guidance, my dog was able to get off prednisone totally and resume her normal diet. And she even introduced me to a herb that can control her intra ocular pressure. My dog is now off glaucoma eyedrops and it is like a miracle. I also want to mention how responsive are the staff in the clinic to every one of my emails. Thank you Dr. Jasek and everyone in Animal Healing Arts. You are the best!
