My sweet Ollie was so nervous to get his Vaccines. The staff and Doctors treated him so kind and nicely. He left relaxed and content. He got plenty of love before leaving ? I also love that I was able to sit in the room with him until his exam and Vaccines.

We needed our newest little kitty seen in a hurry and our usual vet clinic was booked out for a week. The Animal Hospital got us in same day and were so kind and welcoming that we made the decision on the spot to permanently switch all our pets over. I appreciated so much that from the moment we arrived we were made to feel like family!

They were fantastic! I had taken my dog to a vet earlier in the day who told me my dog most likely had an ear infection, but his condition worsened once I got home. I called the Animal Hospital and they were able to squeeze me in right before they closed and helped my baby. He had a pinched nerve the whole time! He slept good for the first time in days and I'm so grateful ? ?

Best vet experience. It was a great experience from checking in to checking out! Everyone is so caring and they really seemed to love my cats! They listened to my concerns, even though some may have been silly, and explained everything thoroughly. They were friendly and accommodating to every patient in the office. The wait was not too long, it was a quick but thorough visit. I will never go to another vet office after this. My babies didn’t act frightened or upset with the staff at this office as they have in the past with other offices.

+1 IT was easy to get my Rx sent to costco.

-1 For time management.
Don't go to your appointment early thinking you might be seen sooner. It wouldn't be a big deal but I waited 45 minutes and 15 of those minutes were after my appointment. Just to get a shot for my fur baby which took less time than me typing out this review.

-1 Record keeping and requesting information is bad. Sometimes gotta request something to be emailed several times a day just to get it

-1 Parking lot is dog water and the hill to exit is even worse.

My dog injured himself and the vet we normally see couldn’t see us for 2 weeks but this clinc got us in same day and treated us like we’ve been with them forever. The entire staff was super nice and understanding with a high energy dog bouncing around the room.

If I could give them a zero i would , I have legal documents stating I own a dog froma breeder , they will now release anything to me even if I provide the documents to them , now I am getting a lawyer Involved. Kerry wouldn't even give me the corporate number "because she disnt have too" thise are exact words . Let's see how this plays out for this place , if I could give it a zero I would.
