I came in as a new patient, needing a second opinion on my dog, Bailey. They got me in the same day that I called, and were super easy to work with. The office was clean and quiet! Very organized. Unfortunately my dog did not get to come home with me, but I could not have asked for them to be any more compassionate! They did not rush me, they explained my options in detail, and they went above and beyond to make it as easy as possible (for me and her). Every person I encountered from the office, to the techs, all the way up to Dr. Leslie went above and beyond what was expected. It was a heartbreaking day, but they made a point to make sure that both me and Bailey had the best possible experience. I 100% recommend!

Dr Agee and staff have taken great care of our pups. They genuinely care about the well being of the animals under their care. Also, their prices are reasonable at a time when inflation has been off the rails.

I’ve used them off and on for years, whenever I have a pet. They have been excellent. Dr Poirer and Dr Agee are caring and wonderful. I had to put Nola down due to severe pancreatitis. Dr Agee was caring, sympathetic and supportive. He gave me all the time I needed to say goodbye. Thank you to the entire office staff.

Terrible experience, went in for a check-up with my 2 dogs one is a medium sized the other is small. Nurses were rude all the way through the process. When one nurse was checking my medium sized dogs tail he jumped (showed no signs of aggression just got spooked) the nurse says “oh we’re gonna have to muzzle this one”. He has been to 4 different vets and never had to be muzzled. He doesn’t like things around his face so he kept shaking his head when they tried to put it on him so 3 nurses pinned him down to get the muzzle on him, again he showed no aggression just scared. One nurse even punched some of his skin to calm him down? Treating an animal like that is unacceptable, they were treating him like he was trying to bite or attack the nurses when he did no such thing he was scared and honestly had every right to be. If you’re having a bad day and take it out on an animal like that you need a new profession, please don’t take your dog here.

Took my pup in to be checked for a few things in November since I was not able to get to his regular vet that day. When the clinic called to tell me my pup could be picked up, I was transferred to Dr. Leslie (whom I’ve never met) to answer my questions. Dr. Leslie was downright hateful and condescending, alleging I had been neglectful in my pup’s care. This clinic was not helpful to me or my pup at all. They offered no treatment options, no recommendations for care at home, no antibiotics for what they said was an abscess, and only said my pup should be put down.
My pup was also groomed during this visit, and coincidentally, developed canine papilloma warts since then.
I will never return to this clinic or recommend this clinic.

Always easy to work with and very honest. We recently came across a cat in Kentucky just sitting in the middle of the road. It was very sick and being the animal lovers we are we picked it up.
They were able to get us in the same day and check him out. Unfortunately the cat ended up being FIV positive and very sick.

They were honest with us about the best choice for the cat and didn’t try to sell us a bunch of tests for the same end result. We greatly appreciate that.
We bring all of our animals to them for all there veterinarian needs. Also the cost for the services are very reasonable with any and all charges being fully discussed before service.

My Basset Hound, Mr Burt Reynolds, one day became extremely ill. He had been to four other local vets and they were at a loss. He was dying in my arms no matter what. My local vet was closed and he needed fluids as I couldn’t keep up with his fluid loss. Milan animal hospital was open and asked if I would leave him there with them. They called me and said they believed they knew what was wrong, and asked to try a few things. Within a week he was himself again, and within two weeks he was home with his family. He has Addison’s disease, he gets a shot every month for the rest of his life and it’s like nothing has ever happened. They saved his life and I recommend this vet to anyone who’s ever looking for one.
