Amazing pet clinic! The Doctors , techs, and staff are all Extremely professional, Very well trained, And I’ve always treated my pups like their own! We’ve been going to O’Fallon & Fairview Heights animal clinic multiple years now and have always been very Satisfied. They’ve always helped me through a hard times with my pups, making sure they get the healthcare that they need. The groomer takes amazing care Of my lil nuggets and always makes them look so beautiful! I would definitely suggest to try this veterinary clinic out to anybody.

Animal Hospital of O’Fallon loves yours pets as if they are the owners. The staff remember you and your pets and are genuinely caring of pets wellbeing. They have another office in case they don’t have appointment available. I found a kitten and they helped to make sure it was healthy. Lucky the kitten was perfectly healthy and ending up stealing my heart. Days later my wife forced to give Bruce away.

Dr. Ziegler and his team at both O’Fallon and the Fairview Heights offices are welcoming, professional and knowledgeable. They have cared for my Golden Doodle since he became apart of our family in 2021. I recommend Dr. Ziegler for your pets needs.

When I couldn’t get in for a appt with a vet I had been to for years at a completely different clinic, Dr Ziegler’s office listened to what was going on and got me In for an appt right away. I brought my Miya in for what I thought was a cracked tooth that was bleeding and making her very ill. Dr Ziegler assessed her condition and realized right away she was anemic and bleeding from a blood disorder and not from a broken tooth. He has been incredibly patient in explaining her condition, answering my questions, and helping Miya get better. He did not shy away from her breed (Rottweiler) as others have done before. He and the vet technicians love on her when she goes in for her monthly blood draws and exams. We still have a long road to go but Dr Ziegler is now my trusted vet no matter the outcome. His level of care is something I have never experienced in my 25 years of being a dog Mom! He is phenomenal and has a genuine love of the animals in his care and his actions continue to demonstrate during every interaction that he understands she is part of our family. 💓🐾

Excellent service and follow-up. We traveled through the area and had an emergent situation with our pup. The Animal Hospital of O'fallon was accommodating and worked us in. They freely shared information with our home veterinarian so we could continue the care when we got home. Highly recommend.

Always takes care of our furbabies needs! They send updates and friendly reminders when their next vaccines are due, they answer all of my questions, like why is my cat throwing up hairballs so much (nothing like stepping out of bed onto a nice wet pile of cat throw up, gross!!)

This office is also linked to the Fairview Clinic. Absolutely hands down the best vet I've been to. The doctor and staff stayed over-time with us when our dog got a dental bone stuck in her esophagus and saw the procedure through to the end. I won't be going anywhere else. 10/10!
