Always ready to help. The staff is always ready to jump in and take care of you if possible. Twice I have taken an unscheduled animal in and they have worked them in for us in a pinch. Great job and very very reasonable rates. Trustworthy and appreciate their hard work for our furry pals.

We have been to this Dr. Phillips many times. At least twice he has worked us in. Once he even came in on his day off when we had an emergency. Not everyone can like everyone else, but we like Dr. Phillips and have only had good experiences. We recommended him to a family member and they were also pleased with the service.

Actually one of the better vets I have been too. And I have been to hundreds across the country. I felt true compassion from Dr. Phillips and his staff members. I really liked the fact that my dual apt was actually treated as a dual apt. Other places I have been would more so treat it like a regular visit and give me much more limited time. However, at this visit I feel like both pets were thoroughly gone over and all questions and concerns were answered and I did NOT feel rushed in the visit (which is very rare). Talking to Dr. Phillips, I learned that he manages two clinics (by himself) and I greatly respect that kind of commitment. Also, after reading other reviews I think its great that they have discount days for vaccines. This is really beautiful and that kind of discount would only come from true compassion. I feel like the purpose of that is to try to protect as many pets as possible. And offer a deal for people who may not normally opt for shots due to cost. In addition, I have never even herd of an office giving shots without making you pay for an exam. Which is also awesome because this may encourage more vaccinations because it reduces the cost. I am unsure if that is common practice in Indiana. I know in Washington, Oregon, California and Arizona every vet I have delt with required you to pay an exam fee plus the cost of the vaccine which may prevent people from vaccinating. Again, great vet and would recommend!! I drive over 45 mins to get there and it is completely worth it. I would not recommend vets in Greensburg or Shelbyville. I would much rather drive the extra 20 mins to go to this clinic.

The staff here was very pleasant but Phillips not so much, I took my dog for his updated shots, when I was called back, i asked a simple question pertaining to possible worms, not even asking for treatment, Phillips cut me off mid sentence and said to me” I’m not here to consult you, I’m here to give ur dog shots and send you on your way, if you need consulting make another appointment and come back another day”. What a joke.

They didn't even try to diagnose my sister's dogs health problem with a simple blood test. Just allowed him to die. These people are in the area but they don't care. You are better off traveling a little down the road. Hey Wanda if you'd put that much effort into Murray's recovery....he'd be alive I'm sure.

Treated my mother and our family dog horribly. No class, respect or professionalism. Would not recommend and am extremely disgusted with the service my mother and dog recieved. Do yourself a favor and visit Heartland Animal Clinic in Knightstown on 109. Drive right on by this poor facility.

This is far from a proper animal hospital, Phillips, I won't even call a dr, he's only good for flea medication or something simple. Save yourself allot of heartache and go to milroy. It may cost more but you get what you pay for. If your animal is seriously Ill do not go here. Go to milroy. If you need a flea collar then you could stop here.
