The best experience I’ve ever had at a veterinary clinic. They went above and beyond, and took so much time answering every little question we had have so much relief, knowing that I have an impeccable team of vets, taking such good care of our little fur babies I’ll never never take my animals anywhere else!!!

Our dog was extremely well cared for throughout dental surgery/teeth extraction and also some skin growths removed. We were nervous since he is an older guy but AHS staff were very careful with him, and kept in contact with us throughout the whole day, generally great communication. In my opinion the work was done very well based on how he is recovering and how the stitches look etc. 3 days later our dog is recovering well. Also the cost was a little lower than I expected for the number of teeth needing removal.

I would give 5 stars; however, I will say when they are fully staffed and their staff doesn’t call out or come in late they are a well oiled team. Unfortunately, this hasn’t been the case for at least a year. The doctor I had conversation and transactions with was awesome. When it came time to bring my dog in for xrays, the tech was not able to pick up my dog for some reason. So I brought the dog in myself. Even the receptionist blurted out that “we are doing the best we can.”
This has done better and I know it can do wonders. I do trust this place more than The Pet Resort in RP, which is saying a lot!

I love how the staff get down on the floor give scratches, talk sweetly, and try to make your pet (Reyna) feel as comfortable as possible. It’s obvious that they genuinely care for not only the physical wellbeing of our pets, but the emotional needs as well.

I’m in the middle of a very stressful move to Ireland. Of course my dog is the most important part of the move. Animal Hospital has made the process easy for us and even before that was the best care that Ingrid the dog could ask for. The attention given my situation was always paramount by their staff. I love this vet’s office! I have lots of rodents who consistently need veterinary care, and have been to a ridiculous amount of vets over the years, but this one is by far the best! The staff are friendly and compassionate, they clearly respect animals and I trust them fully with mine. They have gone above and beyond to care for my ratties and I will forever be grateful for the way that they handle euthanasias. If I have to be spending hundreds of dollars on veterinary care every few months, I’m glad it’s here. (This is also one of the more affordable places I’ve been to.) Animal Hospital of Sebastopol is wonderful, and if you’re reading these reviews looking for a vet for your exotics, this is a great place to go.
