We have been going to vet Dr. Ted’s office for 18 plus years!! He’s an awesome vet who cares about you and your pets well being!! He will always provide the best pet care and always recommends things that keep your pet healthy!!! He’s very compassionate when your pets on there last legs. Our pet Stormy was just put down after 18 years of love from this vet even though Stormy hated everyone except us!! Thanks to Dr. Ted and his staff for helping us through this and thanks for the great service!!!! Tom and Joyce!!! We have a new addition to are family now Bella and this staff is our choice for her as well!!!

I had such a great experience with the whole team from first call to last appointment! Everyone was kind and communicative. I told them my cat was very anxious and each team member went out of their way to make her as comfortable as possible, something I have never seen at previous pet hospitals! They did such a great job that my anxious cat who hates to be touched was able to be picked up without a meow or hiss! The cost of everything is pretty high so be prepared to spend more than you are expecting…. However, the service is great and I would 110% recommend to anyone!

Hands down THE BEST!!! My dog suffered a broken tooth at the gum line after chewing on a cow hoof. I was struggling and frantic to try to find the best care, and affordable care. The doctor and the staff here are absolutely incredible. I don't think I have ever come across such caring, kind, professional people. They worked with me through the process, put my mind at ease, and was able to complete the necessary procedure in a cost-effective manner. All along the entire staff was so kind to me and so comforting in my concern. My dog has now completely healed and I would recommend them to anybody.

Best experience I have had at a vet for my dog! Staff is super friendly and helpful. We have a German Shepherd who is a very anxious dog but Dr.Ted and staff were patient and understanding. They made us feel welcome and not like a burden! Recently our dog was sick and they were able and willing to get us in the same day and charged us an affordable price. Czar is feeling much better thanks to the Animal Hospital of Union Grove!

We are so pleased with the care Dr Ted and his staff provide our dog. I so appreciate the regular help managing his chronic Addison’s disease and close follow up after acute gastrointestinal illness, excellent communication and accessibility/options to communicate including text to an office cell phone, and especially urgent availability for help when needed. So grateful to be cared for by AHUG!

My cat, Inkie was dying when I found her. I called the vet and took her in immediately. She was in rough shape, dehydrated, kidneys shutting down, given a 30% chance of survival. They took care of her, hydrated her, gave her antibiotics, she made it thru the night with some improvement. In three days all her bloodwork showed she was going to survive and was strong enough for life saving surgery. Every person at Union Grove Animal Hospital was in her corner, and recovery. This was my Christmas present, Inkie is alive and getting better every hour. I now have my sweet girl home again. Thank You to vet Ted, and all the staff at Union Grove Animal Hospital. You are all the best ever.
