Wow, just wow! I have been a resident of Spencer County my whole life and have taken my pets to another vet on the other side of the county for convenience. Last week our lab had an emergency though and Dale was able to accommodate. Dr. Jesse saved my dogs life, no doubt. I have never in my life received such welcoming and positive care for both me and my dog. As a family we have already decided we will be switching our pets to St. Francis for permanent care. The front desk staff is so kind and caring, Miss Rachel even gave my kids a sticker sheet and some paper while we were waiting for our dog. Morning, noon, and night, the staff has been available. We have been made to feel like family at St. Francis and I am beyond grateful for their staff and their care.

They treated our super chunky, anxiety filled cat with so much care and preparation with feliway soaked towels. They allowed us to be back there to hold him when he got his shot which was extra quick and he did not scream.
They offered anxiety & carsickness medicine for the next time we come in.
Staff were so kind, compassionate, professional, accommodating, and caring.
HIGHLY recommend!!!

I have had nothing but very good service at the Animal hospital south in Dale the employees that work up front are very helpful and professional. They answer all my questions. They have always called me back If I have a concern about my dog. They tried to get me in a timely manner and I understand that sometimes that is hard to do. I highly recommend the Animal hospital in Dale great service.

My wife and I just moved down to Santa Claus, two weeks ago. We were looking for a Veteraian to treat our Cocker Spaniel. Searched online, comments were not very good. They had an opening, so we tried it. Amazing!! They were awesome! Front desk was polite and very helpful. The doctor and staff were professional and very friendly. Doctor explain what our dog needed and how to take care of him with the medications. Price was a lot cheaper than it was in Northern Illinois! We will be back!

The best vet. She cares and takes care of her patients. She has treated too many animals of mine too count. From basics to eye removals and laser therapy for arthritis. She does it all.

BEST VET AND STAFF. I have been to multiple vets through multiple moves and animals. Dr. Fran saved my dog after it was hit by a truck, and an emaciated and sick 2 week old kitten. She's knowledgeable and patient. Be prepared for a possible wait if she takes an emergency. Absolutely worth the wait. Very reasonable prices. Low turnover staff because ot mist be a great place to work❤

Professional and caring I can't convey in words the gratitude I have for Dr Fran who took care of my little Pekingese dog Po Po for over five years. I highly recommend Dr Fran and her staff who showed us so much kindness and went out of their way to make sure Po Po had everything he needed.
