Patty and her assistant are both so good. They obviously love animals and what they do in grooming them. My mom took her dogs to her for probably 15 years and I've taken mine for the last 7 yrs. My mom has been gone for 6 years, but to this day Patty will remark about what a sweet lady she was. Patty is also a sweet lady. I highly recommend her.

We love going here. Miss Patty is the best. She treats our little guy like his hers. Always so friendly and loves on him. They do an awesome job. We have been going to her for 15 years! Well worth the drive to Paxton. Won’t take our guy anywhere else.

I have a precious little older Maltese, almost blind, and nearly completely deaf, with a collapsing trachea problem (and severe separation anxiety). I've had my little munchkin her entire life, and for 14 years she has taken good care of me, and I hope to take very good care of her for the rest of her life.
There are only two grooners in this country I trust her with, one of them is in Santa Barbara California, and the other is Animal House in Paxton Illinois.
When I pick her up, not only is she groomed beautifully, but she is also calm and happy. That does not occur at any other groomers that we've been to over her 14 years, only this one, and the one in SB.
The place is adorable, and Patty and the others are absolutely wonderful. I can highly recommend.

I happened to stop there, as there was a vehicle for sale in front of the store. When I saw the pet sign I went inside and I met the owner Patty Johnson, and she was very cordial, friendly and informative. It is beautiful and clean and very professional business and I would definitely bring my dog's there for grooming.
