I brought my pet here twice the first time was to be neutered it went well. The second time I brought him to have his anal glands expressed. He had a bowel movement before entering the vet no bloody stool. I believe they struggled with him something went horribly wrong he came out they said they couldn't express his glands that they tried but he bled . Now he has rips all over his anus and is constantly bleeding. No blood is on his stool only on his outer body of his anus . I wouldn't NOT recommend bringing your pet here . I have no clue what happened to him back there. Plus they charged me and couldn't get their story right if they did express his glands or couldn't. This is so disappointing they are someone we trusted with our family pet and they mistreated him for a couple dollars.

Professional, kind, patient, and helpful. I recommend your center to everyone. Plus they accept Scratchpay! When our dog of 13 yrs passed they were wonderful and made it less stressful than we imagined. If you’re a pet lover & owner, don’t think about it. Take your babies here!

I'd give 0 stars if possible. Dr Toro is utterly useless and has zero empathy. His bedside manner is so poor, id rather get my information from 13th century Executioner. If you love your animals, then absolutely go elsewhere because to this MD, they aren't worth a second of their time. I am so hurt and distraught by the treatment we recieved.

EDITED TO ADD: Now apparently they wont see my dogs because a Bad Review is a breach of "Doctor/Patient Condfidentiality". This is officially the worst vet in orange county and if the business cares to disagree they have my number on file.

I don't know what happened to the old staff but the new vet is one of the sleaziest people I have had the unfortune to meet. They flushed the ear of my dog for $38 dollars without consulting me, and didn't tell me what they had done until my wife saw the receipt. The Vet Technicians were rude, and made me feel like I was inconveniencing them by double checking the math on my invoice. That coupled with the fact that my vet accused my dog of trying to bite him has me looking for a new vet. The total cost of a year of core vaccines for two dogs and the ear meds/ flush for one was almost $400. If you're looking for a vet that actually cares about your dog, look somewhere else.

First, I love that they are “Fear Free Practice”!
I am also a fear free groomer. So I know why it is beautiful to see another Fear Free family! It really makes your life different and broaden your perspective ?

Second, they respect you! Politeness. Caring. Warm welcoming ?

Last, Dr. Ashley Martynec is a pawsome and caring lady! She didn’t make me scared and tried to sell anything when she could have because I’m extremely cautious and worrisome mom after lost my boy from FIP.

I was the one who forced her to run the test ? Result came out good - Phew!

P.s. No vets and people notice the safety pin around my boy’s scarf and on the bandage.

They are the first one who noticed and worried about the pins. No accident ever happened for few years with the pins but because they concerned, I decided to respect their request and removed it.

Lovely place Happy thank you from my boy and I!!

I came to this establishment for the first time today. I can’t explain why, but when I first called this location I immediately felt comfortable. They were so kind and informative over the phone, they provided me with accurate pricing, and they reached back out to me to confirm I was able to take my cat in to be fixed. When I arrived this morning one of the first things I noticed was how clean it smelled inside of the office. I feel like when I usually go into vets, there is always a lingering smell (which is expected when it’s a facility for animals) but in this case, there was no bad smell. They went over the pricing with me one more time at drop off and everything added up to what I was told over the phone. They texted me promptly once my babies survey was complete. I definitely recommend this vet and will bring my baby back in the future.

I will not recommend this vet to anybody.
We brought our dog to this place since he was 12 weeks old, and we thought they were amazing. Checkups were easy and somewhat affordable. However, my dog got sick (losing weight, vomiting, etc.) and the vets did nothing to help him. The blood tests they ran were practically useless, all they did was recommend us to a specialist without telling us the issue. He kept getting sick, so we took him to another place just to find out he had cancer. With all of the blood tests they ran, the Animal Medical Center were unable to solve the problem until it was too late. I do not know how fast cancer may spread in a dog, but within those last checkups, they found nothing abnormal.not to mention that they did blood test October last year, now our dog is dead?
So please bring your pets somewhere else don’t bring them to this place, they don’t know how to read there blood test..
