Today was our first visit to the Vet with our new Yorkie puppy Ozzie! The staff was exceptional! The Vet was really enthusiastic about caring for our sweet boy. Ozzie wasn’t afraid at all and we really were impressed with everyone’s knowledge. Thanks to Dr. Joseph Conrad, D.V.M. and his staff for checking out our new baby! Going back for shots in 3 weeks and I know I don’t have to worry cause Ozzie is in great hands!

Had to take our Bernadoodle for an ear infection while visiting family. They were able to see she quickly and it was a pleasurable experience. My puppy is 7 months old and the tech and doctor made sure that she was at ease during her treatment. If I lived locally this would differently be our clinic. Great Job!

July 2024, we moved to Rome, GA and our 15 year old cat needed a Vet due to a leg injury. We hadn't been in Rome for two weeks when this unplanned expense happened and I was a wreck to say the least. I made a call to this office as it was closest to where we were staying. WOW.. I STRUCK GOLD WITH DR. AMY AND HER EXCELLENT STAFF. Very down to earth group of people in a lovely clinic that is clean, organized and comfortable for both you and your pet. They worked me in right away and I didn't have to wait long. Very thorough, patient and answered all my questions and concerns. I just can't say enough good things.

I highly recommend this clinic for the excellent care and very reasonable cost. I've never had better service or care like I did here! Thank you, Thank You, Thank You! YOU ALL ARE THE BEST?❤️?

Best vet in Rome! I love all the time and attention they give to my little dog. Melissa is excellent when it comes to taking care of him, and I like that she always explains things thoroughly so I understand what I need to do to keep him healthy. ALL the vet techs and office staff are wonderful!
