Great experience w/ this Vet & the wonderful staff. My daughter was bringing her 2 cats there so when they had kittens- she did the well visit there & she gave me my little Minnie I went there for her spaying. I'm an hour away from them but I'm making another appointment w/ them. My daughter knows & trusts them, so I'm sticking w/ them. There are emergency vets nearby where I live-- if need be.

I brought my little Minnie in to be spayed. The med techs, girls in front & back were great. They are my daughter's vet so when the parents went as kittens, (at 6 mos). ended up finding out they were pregnant. Minnie is one of the four kittens from that. Now have been fixed there. Highly.recommend them,unfortunately pI live far a way but the parents will stay there for care.

I have 2 great danes. I brought my babies here even though we had a vet already. I brought them here because I was told that the owner was a Dane breeder, unfortunately that owner is no longer here. Our boy had issues with parasites. The treatment was 160$ for 5 days and then we had to bring him back for a follow up. Again he had the same parasites. I asked why, and she blamed it all on me. Not on the fact that I wasn't given a strong enough and long enough dosage. I decided to go back to our old vet, for this treatment this time. Imagine they gave us a bigger dosage and for 10 day rather than 5. The cost for this treatment was 160$. So we got better care and it was cheaper. I will never be going back to Sheldon Rd in Manchester again.

My elderly cat’s health was rapidly declining and so I took him to the Animal Medical Clinic for treatment. The staff were welcoming and kind. And very sympathetic. After a few weeks of treatment and trying different options he unfortunately was still on the decline and the veterinarian helped me make one of the toughest decisions I ever had to make. When it was decided to finally give him some peace, I could feel the sympathy and respect from all staff. I was given a complete rundown of the process, time to grieve before and after it was done, and they lit a candle for my loss.
The prices were reasonable, staff excellent, and once I received back the ashes, it came with a beautiful urn, my pet’s death certificate, and a small imprint of his paw print.
The people working at the Manchester Animal Clinic are there to serve you and your animals. They truly care.

I am a Boxer breeder with several dogs and have been a patient of Dr. Tracy Powell’s for over 10 years. She is an outstanding Vet and had a great staff that were all excellent to work with. Since Dr. Powell has been out the new owners have fired most of the original good staff which is very sad and from what I can see uncalled for. I no longer have faith in the quality of care my dogs will receive at this clinic and called this week to have my records transferred to another Vet. I transferred the records for 9 dogs and they never even questioned me or appeared to care. As a breeder I need to work with a Vet that knows my dogs, cares to learn about the breed and also a very good Reproduction Vet. Dr. Powell had all of those qualities, it’s a shame to watch what they have done to the excellent business she built up there.

I have been a client with the current and prior vet teams, and I have to say my husband and I simply love Dr. Vitelli and the new staff. We were actually considering leaving the clinic prior to the transition, as we had grown very unhappy with the prior team - they were not mean or anything, but it felt to us as though they were not aware of the best/newest practices with regards to cat care and in communicating next steps with clients. I am so glad we didn't leave though as we both finally feel our cats are getting the care they deserve. Everyone is attentive, thorough, and genuinely interested in the pet and family. Dr. Vitelli even followed up personally after oral surgery for my eldest cat. Really a wonderful team.

I used to think AMC was great until today I call to make an appointment for my dogs monthly injection to be asked for a $25 deposit. When I asked why, Im told it's because I had to cancel a prior appointment the same day of the appointment. I called to cancel the appointment I did not no call no show. Emergencies happen, Things happen that are out of my control, I also have never missed any other appointments which should say something but clearly it doesnt!

We have been using Animal Medical Clinic for out pet care for years. Dr. Vitelli is wonderful to work with. He shows great concern for our animal companions, and takes time to get to know not only them but their human companions as well.
