What a wonderful staff!! I appreciate them all so much! We had to bring our black Lab in because she has the eggs for the Colorado river, liver fluke! And when we were giving her medications as per protocol, she started to pee little pee, pees in the house and dribble and she was not eating, which Lab never does, and she was not having as much energy as normal! The staff got me an appointment right away, told me to come in, & when I got there, they couldn’t have been any nicer!

I appreciate your transparency and that you very clearly laid out our options for testing, treatment and cost as well as what we could do in the meantime if we wanted to wait and see our regular vet. You guided us in what to expect in terms of a long-term care plan too and sent over your notes and test results to our regular vet immediately so we could pick up right away with them. I had to help my mom take in her 12 year old mini schnauzer because the poor guy had a bunch of health problems and in the middle of the night when he was wheezing and not breathing right, it wasn't really an option to wait till morning. We had gone to a different vet clinic at midnight but came here because my mom has had really good interactions with the vets here. Dr. Cross and her staff were kind, caring, and understanding. She took the time to explain what was going on, options for treatment, as well as the dog's chances and what his life would look like for the short time he had left. My mom made the hard decision to put her dog to sleep and the staff were patient and empathetic during the whole ordeal...

So so pleased with the services we have received here. We have been here three times now. Last night our 7 month old pup Ripley couldn’t really stand and was really wobbly. She ended up having THC intoxication, but they took great care of our dog and we were in and out within the hour. Our pup woke up feeling great again. The staff here is very friendly, vets are great, techs are nice, front desk is very sweet too. Prices are surprisingly affordable considering it’s Urgent Care.

Came here in a panic because my dog was limping and shaking. We were seen right away and they were able to locate the bee sting in her foot. They did a vitals check as well and said they would send the doctor notes to my normal vet, which I appreciated. The staff were very friendly, professional, quick, and efficient. The vet herself came in to talk to me which I also appreciated. They seemed very knowledgeable about everything and very thorough. Will definitely come back again if another emergency ever arises.

Our vet recommended as our pet needed surgery when he was closing. He called, communicated to surgeon in staff and everything was clear. They provided High, Low estimates for cost and made sure we understood preferred surgery route and potential of others. At end, Molly articulated what had to be done and made best decisions in the moment. It even ended up with us getting credited back at end of the day. Very pleased with the experience here! Mater is happy to enjoy many other days of frisbee tossing and ball chasing.

I took my 3 month old puppy to the clinic on a Sunday morning because I thought my puppy had a bladder infection. I was taken into an exam room right away. The puppy was peeing every few minutes and the staff were so calm and understanding even though they had to clean up pee everywhere. I had to wait about 15 minutes until the vet came in and told me the plan of care. They were able to get a urine sample and sent me home with an antibiotic and pain medication. The staff followed up a few days later with the results of the urinalysis. I am very pleased with the service and kindness of the staff at Animal Urgent Care of South OC!
