Mi vicita fue una mala experiencia … ami perrito lo ataco un perro un grande.. creo que ni las mordidas lo ibana amatar como eneste hospital porque cuando lo enviaron ala casa le dieron una smedicinas que eran para otro perro .. con un adocis muy alta .. le ocasiono bomito y diarrea lo lleve al chekeo normal al veterinario . Y todavia tube que pagar la spastillas para el bomito y la diarrea cuando no fue mi culpa si no culpa de ellos … como pueden ser tan inrresponsables …. Estoy muy descontenta con todo esto como es possible k agan estas cosas … mi perrito ahora nesecutara examnes para chekar el igado y espero este hospital se aga responsable delos gastos porque fue culpa de ellos …les doy un zero de califiacsion….. my dog names is BOBY NOLASCO

I recently had to bring my Honeybun in for an emergency visit. The staff here did such an amazing job helping her be as calm and comfortable as she could be while they did her exam. They are so gentle and so kind. They were also very sweet and empathetic when we found out she has terminal cancer. I will bring all of my animals here going forward, for regular appointments as well as emergencies. Thank you so much guys!?❤️

Going here was a recommendation of our primary vet during an emergency with one of our cats. Their team made sure that we were as comfortable as possible, as well as our cat. Their efforts were direct as well as cost effective. Fast forward a year and a half we came back with one of our dogs during an emergency. They again did not disappoint. They immediately knew the course of treatment. They explained everything thoroughly and began getting things under control very quickly. Their honesty and their very knowledgeable staff has gained our family’s business. Also worth noting was the two hour drive past other facilities to ensure our pets continue to get the care they provide.

I wanted to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude for the extraordinary care our dog, Oreo, received at the emergency hospital in Arundel, MD. Oreo experienced a medical crisis while we were traveling on Route 301 in Annapolis, MD, and the hospital went above and beyond in providing exceptional care. Despite Oreo's atypical diagnosis with Addison's, the doctors treated him with expertise and compassion, and we are relieved to see him steadily improving.

They took very good care of my American Bulldog!!!! I thought I was going to loose him this day. I was assured that he was going to be ok and everyone was so so nice and understood how I was so upset. But once I spoke to the staff I felt so much better. I give them a 10 out of 10!!!! If you have an emergency with your pet, this is the place to go!!!!

If I have any inheritance to bequeath when I die, I will include AAVEC in my will, and especially Dr. Jessica Kim.

Today, we had to (very unexpectedly) say goodbye to my 11-year-old cattle dog Scout, due to internal bleeding and complicating factors.

AAVEC and every staff member (from the receptionist to the triage nurse to the doctor to the vet techs) was so amazing and compassionate throughout the entire devastating day.

Dr: Kim was forthright and gave me the story straight, and at the same time she so empathetic - hugging me as I broke down - when I had to make the difficult but humane decision to let Scout go.

They had a lovely calm and comfy room set up where we (I was able to have my sons meet me and have a chance to say goodbye) could be with Scout and spend time with him for as long as we wanted.

When Scout passed, he was calm, comfortable, and surrounded by the people who loved him most. My sons were able to pet him and I was able to look into his eyes as he drew his last breath.

Dr. Kim explained every part of the process to us throughout. She was so kind.

I cannot say enough good things about AAVEC and all the people who work there.

Thanks to them I can say that not only did my Scouty boy live well, he died well too.

We had a emergency visit Sunday evening because our kitten, Hester was very sick. Dr. Wood quickly discovered that she had a blockage in her small intestine and she needed surgery immediately. The surgery was a success and Hester is on the mend. Both Hester, my husband and I were treated with compassion and respect. I am very grateful for the care that was given and would like to thank Dr. Wood and the whole staff at Anne Arundel Emergency Veterinary Clinic.
