Danielle Watkins is the epitome of grace; I sat in a family meeting with a good friend, and I must say I was extremely impressed with her professionalism with the family. During the most difficult time in my families life with losing my son, the staff members were compassionate, empathetic, courteous and consoling very warm and welcoming. I needed every bit of that, coming from a mother who just lost her only child. They did a fabulous job. Kimmee, Stan the man. Thank you. Thank you Thank you.. To the entire staff down to the drivers an all who took part in handling and prepartion of my son. My family thank you as well. I highly recommend this family to all who are need of putting their love one away in a decent and orderly fashion.

First time at this location. In Jonesboro, Ga off of North Ave. and Fayetteville Rd. In my video I said it was Willie Watkins But it's actually Anthony Watkins. Large parking lot, and the building had a wheelchair ramp that leads up to the covered porch with a few rocking chairs. Once inside, the floors are marble, there's a large mirror on the wall and a table with their many awards. There's a cage with doves in it and a tv in the corner to show the funeral at the time. In the blue chapel, everything is blue. The carpet and chairs. There's also a tv on the wall in the stage area. The staff is very respectful and courteous. The only issue I had was the sound system . It seems a bit outdated but other than that, it was good Check out my pics and video for more info.

Mr. Watkins and his staff is the best. They make u feel like you are family. They will go out of there way to work with you any way they can. They did a amazing job with my aunt. My family couldn't have been happier. They are number one.

Funeral director, Anthony Watkins, was notified that someone committed fraud in giving consent to a burial yet continued with plans anyway. Mr Watkins claimed to have legal counsel but refused and continues to refuse to provide any of his supposed lawyers name and contact information. Mr Watkins is also not cooperating with the local police department.

They are not professional to me. Danielle speak very fast and rushes you like a used car salesmen. The building is very old and the knobs fall off the door as soon as you touch them. They hustle you for every dollar they THINK you may have. DO NOT USE THEM!

I have never experienced in my entire life, going to a funeral home to view a body and couldn't. Even if the family has set a time, for family and friends, I've always experienced that you could view the body out of those set times.
