APAL is amazing! Marcy is such a wonderful person. We adopted Pixel, the tortie, and fell in love with Yuki, the tabby, on the same day. Yuki wasn't ready for adoption yet and the people at APAL always kept us informed with updates about her. They allowed us to visit her very often while we were waiting, which made the wait easier. They are amazing people who do amazing things for these animals. I definitely recommend them!

I love this no-kill shelter. Kittens and Cats of all ages and puppies and dogs of all ages. You can volunteer to help. The cat center is very clean. They have a room dedicated to adult cats, many of which are older, but still adoptable. Take time to come look you might just find the perfect kitty or doggy for you. Adoption fees are affordable and includes spraying or neutering, shots, and chipping.

When you feel you might need in addition to your family go to the Humane Society your local Humane Society there are a lot of loving dogs and cats looking for a home we have Milo and Mia even the cats have accepted them

I freaking love this place! They are always so welcoming and have helped us so much!! Cherro and Samson!! And our stupid kitty have all been taking by them!! And they find them beautiful homes! Plz if you want to donate somewhere this is the place! They have a Eagle / big bird pin they want to make!! They just need help! Plz send them money!! Plz help in anyway- love Michele and Parisah

First off the people who work here are amazing! I've been spending the last couple days here hanging out with the dogs trying to find the right one for me. They get dogs in all the time and I'm glad I went there because the website only shows maybe a tenth of the dogs they have available. They make it really easy if you find one you like you pay a hold fee and they call you when it's available once the dog is available you have the chance to go back and hangout with it again before adopting. They are thorough with their adoptions and all around doing great things by taking in dogs from overcrowded shelters and finding them homes.

So wonderful...they make sure cats are taken care of physicality and spiritually Love them we adopted Dusty shes a black beauty about 10 months old she was so loved by them ! Best place to adopt!
