The staff is always friendly with great customer service and communication! The doctor provides detailed information and answers any questions we may have. I received a follow-up phone call and text message to check on my furbaby after his procedure. The visit overall went well!

I have trusted this practice with six animals. All were rescues and two were adopted out. Lots of medical problems such kidney stones, liver damage, diabetes, kidney failure, thyroid disease, and hip dysplasia. The doctors have us treat and care for all these animals. We had two cats live 17 years under their care and now I have a 16 old cat who is experiencing late life issues. I would not go anywhere else. We moved but we stayed with Apalachee River Animal Hospital. Everyone is fantastic. Talking with me and listening to me. Calling and checking up. Always treating me with respect.

Friendly staff, easy to get an appointment! My fur babies are well taken care of. Dr. Flowers! She always has a smile on her face. Her assistant today was sweet and knowledgeable. I think her name was Elizabeth. Always pleasant and especially helpful with Baxter. It's easy to get an appointment and we are always greeted promptly. The techs are very knowledgeable and the doctors are very caring.

I had an amazing experience at Appalachee. All the staff were SO kind and caring. Pricing is very reasonable. I could really tell they cared about the wellbeing of my pet. They will definitely be my long term animal hospital.

Update: My dog got her teeth pulled and cleaned here recently. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and care! Dr. Hughes and all the staff so amazing and compassionate to my dog who is deathly afraid of the vet. Im forever grateful!

We took our beloved cat Moshu for a check up because he was not feeling well, upon arrival they took him in and did all the tests and worked with us to take him home with the IV. Very friendly staff and the doctor explained everything what we need to do.
