I had a wonderful experience at ArchVet! My dog has been her for four years now. The staff was incredibly friendly and caring, making both my pet and me feel at ease from the moment we walked in. They were also very efficient, seeing us in a timely manner without any long waits. I truly appreciate the compassionate care they provided, and I’ll definitely be returning for any future visits. Highly recommend!

ArchVet Animal Hospital and Urgent Care on Winchester is by far one of the best vets I have been too. They have always treated my dog with patience and understanding (and he requires a lot of patience sometimes) so I really appreciate that about them. All the staff are great, from the front desk to the Vets! Alondra always helps me out with setting up best times to bring my dog in. Each visit my dog and I are treated with great customer service. And thank you so much to Dr. Solomon and Dr. Nguyen, absolute professionals!!

The building clearly says 24-7!!! Took my cat there at 12am. They quickly took my $200 and looked at him, only to tell me that he needs to go to an another hospital because they close at 1am. A) they should have said something when I arrived, not after they took my $200…
People were nice and place was clean but don’t go there if your animal will have to stay at the hospital (aka the reason why you are going to the emergency Vet?)
Remove the 24-7 and tell people before you get their money! This could have been a positive review instead! (Photo from web)

I was seen almost immediately when my dog was sick moving from overseas to here. I am active duty military so many things were new for me and my family moving here. They were prompt, respectful, and kind. I will ensure to bring my dog here moving forward. Plus the interior design is beautiful!!

No one likes these situations, especially when they’re life-changing for your pup. The care we received was superb, thorough, and educational. Our Frenchie will have to be on a very strict diet moving forward, but we feel confident in the plan laid out by the team. Although the cost was high, the peace of mind knowing our dog was in the best hands possible was worth it. The staff was compassionate, patient, and went above and beyond to ensure we understood every aspect of the treatment and what to expect going forward. We're grateful for the exceptional care Abbott received during a scary time for us.

Coming Arch literally saved my beloved dog’s life. Their costs were actually a bit less than where he had been going regularly for 5 yrs-where his issue was not accurately diagnosed. He was actually calm too which was a first. I think it’s due to the energy and expertise of the staff. Arch does general AND emergency care.

My service dog stopped short and yelped during her daily exercise time, and we could not tell what was wrong. She refused to continue to move, and we were very concerned, so we looked up emergency vets in the area and found ARCHVET. We were greeted promptly when we arrived, filled out some quick paperwork, and they took us back to a room right away. My service dog, Tipsy, and my husband and I were all treated with respect and care. We were offered an estimate for the treatment and suggested, and we did everything recommended. Fortunately, she had not broken a bone, but we did leave with some pain medication and an assurance that the doctor would call back the next day. That is exactly what happened, and we are very pleased at how well this clinic took care of my service dog and us too! Tipsy is feeling much better now, thanks to the wonderful team at ARCHVET!
