Since moving out here I have been to several vets. My Miss Nikki has been cared for there the last several weeks. So far she’s been holding up well. Without getting into the health of my cat, the staff has been immensely supportive. They have called me with updates, they answer my questions, they have explained everything in detail and they do not undermine your concerns. I’m so grateful they are building up this part of town and put an emergency care facility. Know the staff here truly care about your pets. I will be forever grateful.

My pup has had to go to ARISE several times for what ultimately was Valley Fever and then an emergency surgery. During that time, the staff and medical team at ARISE was compassionate, informative, and kind. They answered all my questions and were always transparent with my options and the best course of action. They saved my girls life and I will always be grateful.

I am so grateful for the care my Lulu received from every staff member. The doctor gave me hope but still was honest on outlook. I appreciate everyone! I was able to explore the options for care. And see what was the best fit. Also, extremely clean beautiful facility. 10/10 highly recommend.

This review is overdue but I wanted to wait until Bo, my 4 year old Golden Retriever, was healed pretty well to write it. We’re giving Dr. Bates and the entire team at ARISE an enthusiastic 5 stars! Dr. Bates is an amazing surgeon who pulled off an intense 8 hour surgery to carefully remove a large Chondrosarcoma that had gone undetected for a long time and was growing from his ribs into his chest cavity. Dr. Bates did an excellent job of outlining how she would do the surgery and the risks that were involved (there were many) and helped me make the decision to go forward in an attempt to save his life. The fact that she was able to successfully remove the very large tumor, the affected ribs and move muscle around to create a cover AND get clear margins all the way around is nothing but amazing. I don’t think there are many surgeons who could have done this so well and while I hope none of my dogs ever need surgery again, if they do, she will be the only surgeon we will use going forward.
I also want to give kudos to the critical care team who took exceptional care of Bo after the surgery for several days. I was able to visit him several times and can attest that they have a wonderful, dedicated staff and it appears, a newer, state of the art critical care facility.
If you’re in the terrible situation of your pet needing surgery, I highly recommend Dr. Bates and the team at ARISE. She saved my Bo and he should now be able to live out a nice long life. Thank you all!!!

If I could give 10 stars I would! I would love if they had everyday vet services also, from the front desk to the last interaction with the vet and vet techs was outstanding. They treated Chloe (my small white shepherd) like it was their own lovable pet. She doesn’t trust men and they immediately had her teamed up with a woman that she loved and trusted, who cuddled her when she was on the back. The vet went over very option for what she was going through, and gave me the confidence that Chloe will be okay.

My cat had broken his leg and needed to get surgery. After he had already been seen by an urgent care and having X Rays done, this was the only place that could examine him and schedule surgery for the same day. It was also more affordable than the other places around phoenix. Everything went smoothly and I really appreciate the receptionist who scheduled us for the next day and took the time to make sure he would be all good to go for the surgery. I had someone else drop him off and they were super flexible with me doing payment and consent forms over the phone/online. After surgery the vet was easy to get ahold of and very responsive. My cat needed additional medicine and both times I was able to get a prescription called in right away. Can’t say enough about this place! Thank you.

Our experience with Arise started in March when our 10 year old labs arthritis got bad enough he couldn’t walk. The emergency department was able to get him back to where he could walk and come home he is now thriving on his new meds! We than brought our sweet molly to The specialty side For a second opinion after we noticed a lump in between her toes. Dr. Bates, Sierra, Jenna, Stephanie, Mckelle and everyone else behind the scenes has worked closely with us to treat her paw and keep her comfortable while we tried to resolve it. After the lump grew aggressively, we decided to amputate just to be safe and while it wasn’t an easy decision, ARISE has worked with us financially as well as being supportive of not only our pups but the family as a whole. Molly went from being scared of the Vet to not being able to get out of the car fast enough to see everybody. We would definitely recommend Arise as well as Dr. Bates and her team thank you guys for all you've done for both of our fur babies.
And of course I have to show off how cute they made some of her casts ❤️

The attention and care my little dog received at ARISE was great. Everyone was friendly and helpful. My only concern about veterinarian services is the cost. I realize all the schooling that goes into be a veterinarian. But you can walk into a clinic and drop $1000 and still be holding your breath about what’s gonna happen. I was given options of for my little dog. But it can cost more to take your dog to the veterinarian than yourself to the emergency room. Not everyone has that kind of money. But if you’re at an ER with your pet in the middle of the night, it’s pretty obvious that pet is your family. I am very appreciative of the care given to my little dog. The veterinarian and her assistants were so good with my Gypsy. If you are in need of care for you furry loved one I highly recommend ARISE. You will not be disappointed.
