Everyone from those who answered the phone, the front desk, and the vet, especially Dr Dale all were friendly, calm, compassionate, and took the time to explain in great detail. The wait for appointments was a short time, even squeezed us in on a full day. I truly appreciate all they do for our furry friends and family. My favorite cat will be missed. Thank you.

There was a miscommunication about an abscess in my dogs mouth. We have to do the dental again, but they were very nice and will do it again for free. So they made a good effort to correct it and were ethical. Her teeth were cleaned in the first attempt so that was appreciated. In the past they had also excused a $50 charge for a missed appointment. I really have nothing to complain about- especially at a place that helps your animals.

$350 visit isn't cheap but Affordability should not equal Arrogance.
Answering service was rude. Most importantly, the Vet(Stacy Shore) was condescending and dismissive of the information I shared about my dog. "That's why I get paid the big dollars" Status means never mean you shouldn't listen. I hear Bob is wonderful but only does puppy.
Thank you to the 2 polite engagements only way out overall service was poor.

This vet is incredible! From when I was first scheduling an appointment they went above and beyond, reaching out to another clinic to get my cat’s vaccine records because I couldn’t find where they sent them to me. Then once I was there they explained everything they would be doing with my sweet girl and had a breakdown of each expense and for the 200$+ expenses they said they would call before doing them. I got a call later in the day about how my sweet girl was doing and it was clear they had spent time with her (they said she was very sassy and vocal lol!) I could not be happier with my experience and I highly recommend this vet!!

We've gone to them twice now, and they have been great both times. Very friendly, easy to get in for an appointment, and a huge help with two of our cats. The third one has yet to go there, but he'll get there soon for his yearly checkup. We recently moved here, and had heard horror stories about the lack of vet availability. That was not the case here, and we've had great luck setting appointments. Highly recommend them! The pictures are of our boys Yoda (orange) and Waffle (tabby). Yoda is very scared of vets, but they treated him very kindly. Waffle is braver, and the vet, Bob Miller, was incredibly gentle with him.

I have been taking my Doggies to see Dr Dale for over 15 years. Dr Dale...Dr Bob and their entire staff have gone above and beyond to help my family through difficult times...from checkups to ongoing (daily/monthly) treatment plans to "end of life" accommodations for the dogs. With 2 locations in Monroe County and extended hours, Arlington Heights should be your "Go To" for your Veterinary needs!
