I chose to go to this facility on my own. Upon going here I was not only lied to by two different doctors about my conditions severity and other symptoms that could have been as a result of the injury
I was lied to with the first doctor I seen only to come back and see a different doctor and I was lied to again. This company must see way too many fraudulent claims because they tend to treat you this way way too quickly. I have CT scans and results indicate other symptoms could have been associated with the injury. Both doctors also tried to give me pain medication which I politely refused. In addition they contacted my employer and purposely discredited me. I will be seeing them again in 2 days and confronting the doctors on what my research has told me about what they shared to me and my employer to be a lie. I would appreciate administration to reach out to me and get the full story because I am a patient who feels he was definitely discriminated on. If you've been injured and you have a choice to go where you wish I would suggest you not go here
Luckily my injuries more than likely will not have any lingering issues in the future but I'm sure there are others that if treated this way could affect them in a very negative way.

I was initially scheduled here by my adjuster for a work-comp injury. I had quite a handful of appointments for follow-ups while we figured out what exactly my injury was and how to treat it, and to track my recovery. So I came into contact with a lot of the staff here. Everybody was kind and professional. I never waited more than 5 minutes past my appt times. I was taken care of by a couple different front desk staff, nurses/medical assistants (not sure what their titles were), providers, an X-ray Technologist, and the Physical Therapist Gretchen. I spent most of my time with Gretchen. She was very personable and was able to diagnose and heal my injury. I highly recommend this place!

Best service so far here in Kansas. Monica took care of me at the front desk, Ethan took care of my lab and injections....even the other patients were pleasant! Had to call for paperwork this morning and it was handled within minutes. Deserves 10+ stars! Travel RN from Texas.

The reviews had me scared to bring my mom here but due it being we had to get stuff done in a rush I said lemme take a chance. Man talk about never judge a book by it's cover, because Brenda was wonderful, knowledgeable and patient was a very pleasant maybe the reviews I read were about other staff members but Brenda is A1 like the steak sauce 100 would come back and recommend

I would give them less than one star but that is not possible. The lady who called me in for my drug test was extremely rude I had been holding my urine for a long time so I was ready to pee but I also went number 2 because I really needed to the lady asked if I was done and I said yea give me a min then I came out with the urine sample she then asked if I had fallen asleep since it took me not even a min to go and I said no but I really needed to use the restroom and I went number 2 and she said oh so you need me to turn the water back on so you can flush and I said yes obviously but why would you be rude and act like I took forever in the bathroom and ask if I had fallen asleep so rude!!!!!!! Get better staff!!!!! Do better!!!!!
