Aspen Valley Wellness is great! They have such a great atmosphere and the office staff is so kind. It only took them 3 sessions before they recognized me every week!
Aspen Valley has such a wide variety of treatments that it really does give a lot of options for many kinds of mental treatment.
Stephanie, the counselor I work with, is great! I've been seeing her for 2 years (I think) and she is always so flexible with an ever changing work schedule!
Even though I live in Salt Lake, Stephanie and the Aspen Valley Staff make the weekly trek to Orem well worth it!!

I am incredibly grateful for the amazing support my family has received from Brittany Bolinder. The entire staff, including the owner Jessica, is exceptionally kind and helpful. Brittany has made a profound impact on both of my children. She has helped my son, who suffers from severe anxiety, gain the confidence to attend school again through the various tools she has taught him. My daughter, who struggles with anxiety and ADHD, is now navigating her teenage years with a better understanding of herself and a more optimistic outlook. Both of my kids eagerly look forward to their sessions with Brittany. As a parent, I am thankful for the invaluable support she provides. Highly recommend! -Kahiki

Brittany is the best!!! Our sessions together have really helped me to become the best version of myself and function in a normal society lol. Plus, her dog Myla was so fun to play with and pet during the sessions that she was at! Brittany is fun and positive and bright and made me feel at home.

Have been coming for neuro feedback for a few months and it has slowly helped my chronic pain. It is expensive and takes a while at each appointment, but it feels like it will be beneficial for improving my pain. Have seen improvement!

Side note- their billing is sucky. They do partial charges, delayed charges, or wait to bill 2 sessions later. It’s kinda frustrating.

First of all, Jessica likes to cancel last second. I've shown up to the office before just to have the receptionist tell me she's canceled. Then she missed 3 weeks and then told me she was done seeing me/clients. The EMDR helped but the neurofeedback did absolutely nothing and I did several months of it. She then told me it wouldn't work because I daydream too much. She told me that AFTER we spent a ton of money on it. I definitely recommend going somewhere else.

I have had the best therapeutic experience with Jessica! I started visiting her about two years ago, and she has helped me work through such a wide range of personal issues. I always feel better and more like myself again after I see her. She is open-minded, incredibly competent, and easy to open up to. Her office is also gorgeous and so relaxing to be in. Jessica and Aspen Valley Wellness were pivotal in helping me get a grasp on my mental health. If it weren't for them, I am not sure where I'd be now. When it came time for me to relocate back to Hurricane, UT, they even helped me find a clinic who was compatible with their systems so my treatment could continue uninterrupted.
