Previously I would’ve given this vet 5 stars. I have taken my animals here for years and received great care, up until my last appointment. I felt my dog was very mistreated by a technician, but was open to returning because I love Dr. Burnett, but after sending an email detailing my experience the day that it happened and not receiving a reply after a month (now several), leaving a review on their Facebook that was also ignored, I am left even more disappointed with the ethics of this office. I had hoped to receive a response from them as some form of reassurance that the issue was at least recognized, but no response I feel speaks for itself. I am greatly disappointed in how things have gone, and am still having to deal with the effects of how my dog was treated. I will not be returning with any of my animals now and will have to find a new office, on top of reconditioning my dog to have a positive association with the vet again that they totally destroyed.

My cat Marie went into labor and had a kitten on Sunday then she stopped by Tuesday I was concerned. I took Marie to my vet and confirmed she had babies but I didn't have over 700 for the c section my vet wouldn't help me. Luckily I heard about how great Atlanta west is and how great doc is and was told to go in and talk to him I went the very next morning with Marie. He came in introduced himself and immediately realized how serious Marie's condition was he immediately gave her antibiotics and was more focused on helping my cat then trying to figure out how I had the money which I had donations that wasn't alot. They took Marie in for a emergency c section charged me less to help me out. Unfortunately Marie's other 2 babies didn't survive the where inside mom probably to long but Marie is recovering very well at home with her baby. I am forever grateful they saved our Marie without even knowing me. I recommend this vet the staff is great and helpful very understanding of hard times and helped me find a way to save marie. I have also found a new vet for all my fur babies.

Words and prayers cannot express Doc Win and his entire staff. They have been awesome to my sweet Pepper! Pepper has had very serious surgery. Doc is so kind. And great to my other puppy. No place better to bring your pet!!

We had a great experience at Atlanta West Vet Hospital. I would highly recommend Dr. Burnett and his staff! Our female French Bulldog went into labor over the weekend and Dr. Burnett called in his staff and was able to do her C-section on a Sunday and safely deliver 8 puppies. It means a lot when you have a Vet who really cares about his patients! Again, we are so thankful for all of you! Luna and all 8 babies are doing GREAT!

My pup had an injury that needed emergency surgery! We came in as new patients and the front staff got us in asap and assured me they would take care of my pup.
Doc let us know our options and wanted to try his best to save our baby’s leg. The whole staff was amazing and very REAL! Doc was personable and gave us his honest opinions. We were very well taken care of and we weren’t just another chart to them.
The Teet’s have found their new vet! Senko is now home and resting. Thank you so much to the staff of Atlanta West Vet! We are forever grateful!
