We have taken our dogs here for the last couple of years and cannot recommend them highly enough. We recently had to take our beloved girl Finn in to be put to sleep. While there's no such thing as a good experience in putting a pet to sleep, we couldn't have asked for a better one. Dr. Lee and Jessica were excellent with our Finn and genuinely kind. This is a practice that really cares about animals and about their humans.

Saw their advertising on their car and approached him. Ask if he is taking any new pets. Told me sure. Told I had a 3 year old Long Hair Shepherd. Told him he is a little on the rowdy side. He's answer to me that he wasn't equipped for rowdy dogs. Then he turned his back on me and walked away. Meds do calm him down. he just needs his shots. If anyone knows of a good German Shepherd vet, please let me know.

My family took our dog to Dr. Lee today. From start to finish, the experience was phenomenal. The staff immediately greeted our little one and made him feel very welcome for his first visit here. Dr. Lee is incredibly personable. He took the time to listen to each of our concerns, very empathetically. The doctor reviewed the entire history we brought along and talked with us about it all - plus some current issues. He took his time with us - we never felt rushed. Thankfully, everything checked out alright, and we were on our way (with a very reasonable bill, too!). Trust Dr. Lee with any animal - he cares deeply about them and also about us, as their owners/family.

I genuinely cannot recommend Augusta Animal Clinic enough. The staff - literally all of them - are so incredibly kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I’ve lived in Indianapolis my entire life & had pets my entire life - I mean it when I say this is the best place to take your pets. It’s a hidden gem.

Dr. Lee pulls no punches when it comes to treating our pets - he’s considerate, careful, and intentional.

Vicki is quite literally our English bulldog’s best friend in the whole wide world.

Jess is always so so so sweet towards our pets & helps them to feel calm.

Lisa is always able to get us seen quickly & work with our schedules, & has been so helpful during times of stress and emergency.

We are just so appreciative to have found Augusta animal clinic!!!!!

My cat had surgery which I would rate 5 stars. After the surgery he had diarrhea and they sold me “medicine” for $45 which I found out after Chewy sold for $9. They also charged me $70 for the followup appointment after the surgery. The vet took no more than 30 seconds looking at the operating site to make sure it had healed ok. Should that not have been included in the surgery which was a few thousand dollars. I will not go back. How can you trust a vet that overcharges that much

I’ve taken Ollie (my 18 yr old cat) to Augusta for better than a year now. I have found them to very responsive, they explain everything's thoroughly and have a genuine concern for health of the pet.In a word, excellent. I highly recommend them. No matter what part of the area you’re coming from, it’s worth the distance to get the kind of care that’s offered

Absolutely incredible experience each and every time!

I recently moved to the area and was hopeful when I saw that I had a vet down the road.

I could not have been more pleased with my first visit, and all my following!

I have 3 cats, 1 dog and the level of care and love they have shown my animals is incredible.

My dog can get nervous and they are so patient and kind with him. He may be nervous to be at the office (not their fault, he doesn't like shots!) , but he loves all the staff dearly.

When I told Dr Lee about my dog's nervousness, he encouraged me to bring him by randomly for "happy visits" to just say hello and get used to them all and that has been paramount.

Just today my dog had his nails trimmed and they were so kind, patient, and QUICK! He hated every minute of it (hates paws touched!) but they could not have been more wonderful with him!

10/10 could not recommend enough!

I had a diabetic cat with allergies. I have gone to multiple vets over the years and have more experience than most do with vets because mine was special needs. Dr Dave is the best. The reality of vet care is that it is expensive, but he never tried to push me to get procedures/medicines etc. Always gave various options and let me know his professional opinion and then we work together to figure out what was best for my cat. This clinic is the best because you always get consistent care (all the staff have been there for years and are very experienced), can always get an appt that day if you need, and Dr Dave understands not just the medical needs of your pet, but also how to talk to and work with the people who own the pets.
