I brought my dog into AVC after she suffered an injury to her eye at a local dog boarding location. They were able to take me in immediately as I was frantic about having my pet seen asap. They accommodated me quickly. When I arrived there was noone else there. The staff was kind and you could genuinely see the love they had for my pet which meant the world to me. They were able to conduct testing on her eye, provide a diagnosis and treatment plan all within a reasonable time frame. The vet herself is extremely professional, passionate and honest. Her assistant is also sweet and professional. I would recommend them to anyone who loves their pets and is looking for a trust worthy vet for care. Thank you so much!!!

Everyone in the clinic is extremely outgoing, friendly, and knowledgeable. They are willing to spend time with you and answer any questions you have regarding your pet. The clinic is clean, prices are reasonably, short wait times, and Saturday appointments are available. Great Job AVC team!

Dr Hart is heaven sent. I am so thankful to finally have a great doctor that I trust and have 100% confidence in. He has performed 3 difficult tumor removals on my dog. I am super impressed with his knowledge and attention to detail. He even found a new tumor I was unaware of. Thank goodness he is here and is keeping my pup in good health. What a relief!

My dog was coughing and definitely not feeling well. I was able to get an appointment the same day I called. The medication prescribed was effective and he showed improvement the following day. I appreciate the staff who were genuinely concerned and would recommend AVC to anyone with their beloved pet!

Emma is a gem! She was interacting with me via text and I had to inform her that the dogs she was referring to had passed. She responded with empathy and grace. I really appreciated her kindness and understanding during a very terrible time for my family.

I’ve never had a 100% amazing experience at a veterinarian office until bringing my dog to this clinic. They gave me so much information upfront, especially regarding price, their prices were super reasonable and they even quoted me the most reasonable price I found for teeth cleaning was also very open with me about his feelings on whether I should go with a one or a three year vaccine for my dog, she’s a small dog and I was worried about a few things. Gladdy, Dr. Hart’s assistant, was very sweet and gentle with my nervous little pup, and very comforting for me, I highly recommend trying these folks out, your first office visit is free, and the women working at the front desk are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable.

AVC is the best. I used to go to their old clinic as well and always had a positive experience but I feel that since they moved to their new location and changed their name they have definitely stepped it up! Their facility is always clean and pleasant. The employees are terrific. They are friendly and helpful. I love that the vet techs introduce themselves as they take you back to an exam room. It give such a nice personal touch. They don't judge you if you decide to decline a particular service because you don't feel your animal needs it. I feel like they consider me a trusted partner in my dog's care. I love that they give you a printed invoice with your total before they provide services so you can approve the amount. I feel like my sweet boy Beau feels very comfortable there and that he's treated with the appreciation he deserves. I won't take my pets anywhere else! If I had only one constructive suggestion, it would be to allow a chat or a self-scheduling option on the website to allow customers to schedule their own appointments. I tried to go through the app but was unable to schedule without a phone call. My work doesn't always allow me to take time out for a phone call but I could multi-task if I had the ability to chat or self-schedule from the website.
