Luke was the absolute joy of our lives for 10 weeks. He dealt with chronic health issues and we had to make the awful decision at only 4 months old to end his suffering. We had been to AVECCC numerous times (including Peoria location) and it's not cheap but they are the most compassionate place. When we decided to let Luke go and rest they gave us time and space. I was at peace with the decision.

My husband did not want to let him go and try these two surgeries but we had the time to talk and consider Luke's quality of life. The next morning, after Luke's passing, my husband thanked me for being strong enough to let him go. Rest easy baby boy.

Thank you AVECCC for your kindness, intelligence and support help with Luke. They even gave him pain medicine and let me hold him for hours before the end. He was my first dog and I learned a love I never knew possible. I will never forget the experience and thank you for making our goodbye a little more bearable. Extra thank you to Nicole for her time and help. You are amazing.

We love and miss you Luke. My only regret is that we didn't have more time. Isn't that the best love? Thank you little Luke for teaching me to wholeheartedly live and love again. You eased my depression and I will definitely always remember you with a smile. No more sadness, suffering or pain little guy. I hope you are running around and being rabid. ? (Inside joke Mom and Dad had).

Amazing service and so very kind during such a hard time . They checked our baby boy out very fast. Because of their honesty , care , and realistic expectations we decided to have chuck cross the rainbow bridge in the comfort of his own home . It was the best decision because if we had waited a day later , he would have been in pain and would have started to suffer . God bless you all , and thanks to you our boy went in peace while eating hamburgers patties with cheese with us right beside him .Thank you.

The folks at AVECCC are amazing! Saved my little Bandit 's life, literally. Can't say enough about their compassion and professionalism. They were swamped with critical cases on a Sunday (some were a lot worse off than my dog) and still took the time to stabilize him, run tests and successfully treat him so that he could return home the same day. Thank you doesn't begin to cover it.

I went to the office in Buckeye and the staffing was great. My boy was real sick. They got me in there real fast. They gave me some good medication and he bounced back within three days they taught me what to do when I took him home. They gave me detailed instructions on how to care for my boy, highly recommend this facility for anybody who needs pet treatment.

100% best emergency vet i have ever had to go to. They are caring, patient, and informative. They quickly triage your pet while you fill out paperwork so that your pet can be seen quickly. My cat had an infection/abscess on his tail. He hates vets as he has previous trauma from a different emergency vet clinic. The patience of the staff with my spicy kitty made this experience the least stressful possible. Ive been to vets that make me feel horrible for my kitty’s fear. But they were understanding and did what they had to do to keep them and my baby safe without making a big deal out of it. They gave detailed instructions when leaving and updated me regularly while he was being treated. These people truly care about your animals. They even helped me to my car to ensure kitty got in safely. Thank you so much for helping me and Ziggy!

The team jumped into action to help our pup and it was their quick blood work, xrays and knowledge which helped to diagnose and provide a plan for treatment. Front desk was so helpful, triage team quick and it was greatly appreciated.

We brought our Scottie in due to an ear infection. Everyone we met was so nice. Our pup was treated very quickly and effectively by the Vet and the technicians. The Vet, Dr. Clark, explained clearly how to give our pup his medication and what issues to be aware of. Forward 5 days and Mr. Scottie is doing very well.
