Avondale Vet Hospital treated my fiancé and I with the upmost care. We rescued a stray kitten over a holiday weekend. When I called the hospital and explained the situation they squeezed us in the same day to make sure Hotdog was healthy and got the medicine she needed. Even though they squeezed us in, they didn't rush our appt and made sure we understood everything that our kitten needed. The staff was extremely nice and Dr. Stacey was amazing. I highly recommend Avondale to anyone that needs a good local vet. They even followed up the next day and Dr. Stacey emailed me to review Hotdog's results.

Avondale Veterinary Hospital has been my cats’ vet for a couple months. Recently My cat had an emergency illness and they took such good care of her and me! They worked with me on getting her in even though they were booked. They gave me multiple options and recommendations for her care based on what I was able to afford. The staff was so kind when I was a frazzled wreck. They were reassuring and ultimately, and most importantly, they helped my baby recover. Couldn’t be happier! (Well, maybe if we had a “veterinary care for all” plan). Also photos are sick kitty and then two days later, feeling better kitty.

We had our 1 year check up the other day an came out smelling like a rose. I absolutely love Avondale Veterinary Hospital with the new Vet Dr Graf and staff. They are so sweet, caring and wonderful with Dusty & Dakota too but Dusty is our new baby and has anxiety problems when he's not around me but Dr. Graf has been able to help him with this and he's doing so much better now. T
his was the first time I took him to the vet and he didn't shake & tremble. He was calm and collected. They give you so much positive feed back and actually show how much they care and concern for your pet. I am so glad that the staff is there for your pet & for you too.
They show that they care and keep up with any problems that need to be addressed.
It's so good to know i have a vet I can truly count on and know that she will be there for my fur babies. Love Love Love these guys!!!!!

What a day, bath, haircut then next day I get my teeth all shinny & pretty. Thank you Dr. Graf & staff for being open & letting him get his teeth clean. I know how hard its been during the pandemic but so very thankful that y'all are there for my babies. Dakota's teeth look so good and he's doing great. I am so glad to call Avondale Vet. Hospital with Dr. Graf and her wonderful staff of techs that take such wonderful care of my Doxies. They have answered my prayers to find a Dr. that cares, will talk to the babies too. When something is wrong they tell you in words & terms that you understand. Dr. Graf is concerned an is carefully keeping an eye on Dakota's heart murmur that she heard last year. That to me is above & beyond because a lot of others wouldn't show this much concern as she does. I haven't had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Stacy but I sure hear great things about her. You just don't get any better than the staff at Avondale Vet. Hospital....the only place my dogs will "Ever" go to unless its an after hours emergency. #1 in my book always!

Recently took my senior cat in for an emergency gastritis issue. No appointments were available on short notice but Dr. Stacy examined the cat within a half hour of my dropping her off.
She was treated quickly and continues to be in good health at home. I can’t say enough good things about the professionalism and care of staff, techs and doctors at this vet hospital. Everyone was exceptional!

The worst customer and pet service I have experienced in the 17 years I have had my pets. Total lack of accountability for their mistakes and mess-ups with schedule and clinical services and also total lack of empathy for the pets and pet parents. Stay away from this provider at all costs.

We love Dr. Stacy. She is an incredible vet. So grateful to have found her. This is a great practice. Dexter the vet tech had fantastic bedside manner and utmost professionalism. The front staff is great too. Pro tip: if you're waiting on xrays or blood work, ask for Luther!
