Dr. Haese( and the rest of the staff too) is absolutely amazing! I have a very anxious big dog who needs trazadone and a sleeve muzzle. She is so good with him! I love how thorough she is and how she makes me feel heard with my concerns. AND..after their appointment yesterday, I received an email with the summary of everything we talked about and did for each dog!! I think that is so considerate to take the time to do that! I highly recommend her!

Called Badger Vet for my daughter’s bearded dragon and they were able to see her as a new patient the same day. Receptionist checked us in quickly, the tech was caring and friendly and Dr Sheetz went above and beyond providing wonderful care. They were educational and compassionate. Things didn’t end up how we would have liked, but no one is to blame. I would recommend them, 10/10.

We have had a wonderful experience with Badger Vet - Janesville over the last 9 months where they have kept our puppy Laika Happy and Healthy whilst organising her Vet Schedules, Documentation and Testing for travel from the USA to Australia. We have been coordinating this from back in Australia and would like to thank the vets and reception staff for their prompt email updates and correspondence regarding anything and everything to do with our girls health and travel. I could not have had a better experience with Badger Vet and am so grateful for the caring and professional attributes they uphold. Throughout this challenging Travel process I am most thankful for how seamless all appointments and documents have been managed.

Very sad to leave. I've had great experiences with my pets there. The doctors have been amazing. I have been a loyal customer and referred people here for over 12 years.
However, there are issues with customer service that I can no longer over look. Their new policy of charging $60 per pet for an appointment if you had any no shows is ridiculous! 1st they decided to create this policy without it being in writing which I protested. When they created this policy there email/text reminder of appointments system was down. No letter or email went out. I hadn't missed an appointment in a couple of years and the one I missed I never received a reminder. I immediately called them when I realized I had it on the wrong day in my calender. It was the same day as the appointment. They said they would discuss it with management about waiving the fee. After a few emails and calls back and forth I was informed it was waived and the appointment was made. We went. We paid etc...no charge in June. I was also told you only pay the $60 per pet the next time you schedule at this point. In there interim they did send a letter out because they agreed that a letter should be sent.
I received a reminder to schedule my dog's next shots and got another message to pay the $60 per pet. I just called and referred back to the previous conversation. I was then informed they don't know why June was not charged. I said it was per our conversation. They informed me the $60 go towards your appointment. I said I understand that but I was not suppose to have to pay this since it was settled the last time so I thought. Then I was told now customers have to pay that deposit indefinitely and not just the one time. Again totally different from what I was told before.
Continuely changing your office and billing policies on customers without proper communication or office personnel giving out the wrong information or a reminder system being conveniently down when you instate this policy is just poor communication and customer service. I would know I have worked in customer service for over 30 years. Just ridiculous and most of all disappointed. We will miss Dr Reed.

The staff was friendly and welcoming at the front desk. The vet assistant was funny and lavished sweetness on my kitten, and let him climb over everything.
The vet was knowledgeable and also lavished sweetness on my kitten. She explained everything well.
It was my first visit, and I highly recommend them.

They saved one of my Huskies Max having severe seizures. He has epilepsy he went through a lot. They seen it immediately gave him medication for the rest of his long life. There’s nothing that meets there level of care… ❤️

I needed to get my dog seen because he was limping since the weekend. Fortunately, he wasn't crying out in pain or I would have gone to the emergency vet. When I called, they were booked for the day, but they were very compassionate and understanding that he needed to be seen as soon as possible. A vet tech wasn't immediately available to talk on the phone, so they'd call me back as soon as they could to see how to help, or if they could squeeze us into their already full schedule. Within 10 minutes, they called back and got me in that morning. While I didn't end up seeing my regular vet, I was still completely happy with the way the available vet worked with my dog to make him comfortable and figure out what was going on. I left with my boy feeling confident we were headed in an upward direction to speedy recovery.
