Took senior (16yrs) dog here after my very large puppy (7 months) stepped on him by accident. He started limping and holding his hind leg up. They booked me an appointment the next day and when I arrived they saw me right away. The front desk staff was very nice asking some basic questions. The RVT was great at explaining the x-ray pictures they took. They were also very gentle with my delicate senior. Handled with care. Gave me some pain killers and away I went. Whole appointment took about an hour. Yes the prices are high but so are human Drs if you don’t have insurance. I was willing to pay whatever for my senior boy but it was less the. I expected. Nice staff, knowledgeable, and very professional. I highly recommend this vet.

Do NOT go here if you need out of state health certificates for your pets especially if you’re moving to Hawaii. They held out dogs for 5 hours, refused to take the information we were trying to give them for forms as everything has to be printed and cannot be digital. The vet “couldnt find” test results even though a simple google search with the state and microchip number it was found. Highly don’t recommend. Banfield in general we have had issues with the company for the past year over multiple things. They also did not reach out to the laboratory as they were supposed to for titers and other specific information as they were supposed to during the 2 months we had the appt and try to place blame on us as they didn’t answer the phone the day of the appt. At drop off we explained the other vet office is in a time zone 3 hours ahead and had all needed information and documents/pdfs. On the other hand we took our cat to a local vet as she wasn’t with Banfield and we were in and out for the exact same appt in 30 mins. Banfield has no care for animals or their owners. They’re just about money. Multiple times have had to fight being charged extra fees on top of the wellness plan we already pay for.

We’ve a valued customer of banfield.
We dont have any problems with our previous experience, but just today, there’s this APRIL IN FROMT DESK I DONT KNOW IS SHE’S BEING RACIST OR JUST HAVING TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. She’s yelling at us, maybe she’s having a bad day, all our questions are not being answered politely. We’re thinking of cancelling our 2 premium plan.

Super friendly and helpful team at this location. They were very sweet and gentle with my pup. She is a rehome and the vet just isn’t the place she liked to be at. (We are still not sure why the family never told us). I appreciate the time I brought her in and you guys made sure she felt safe and at home. Thank you to the Dr and nurses that took care of her and gave her lots of love. 🙂

Everyone here, from the doctors to the vet tech to the receptionists are fantastic. I have a 2 year old Chihuahua/terrier mix, and these people are a godsend with my nervous (yet eager to please) pup. He gets the best quality care that I've received from any other vets. I would recommend this place to everyone with pets.
