The $250 payment that I made in May 2024 was never posted to my account. It is now December 2024 and I am receiving bills for services that I paid for same day. It took calling 3 different billing companies and hours of work to correct the error on Banner's end. They are transitioning to a new billing system and it is causing a lot of errors. Be warned. I would not trust them to bill you properly.

The visit itself was less than desirable. The staff was nice but not very knowledgeable including the medical providers that had to use Google to answer my questions. I left very confused with nothing accomplished.

Came in yesterday for extreme vomiting and nausea and the two front desk ladies were no help and the one lady with black hair and a bun was especially rude and not helpful when I couldn’t even respond and needed help urgently. Definitely not urgent for them. I will never be returning to them again for an emergency. Save your time and go to the hospital. !!

out of town when I came down with pneumonia like symptoms and after being exposed to same at home. entire process from check in through exit was five stars. The facility is spacious and clean. The staff is the friendliest and most helpful of any urgent care I have ever been treated at.

Every so often I have to make a stop into this location, i have never been disappointed. The nurses are kind and extremely patient. I had the privilege of being seen by Dr.Elijah. She was welcoming the moment she walked in. Made sure she listened and didnt rush me out with the assumption my concerns were minuscule that didnt need a proper listening ear. She had additional suggestions along with positive affirmations ensuring I knew i would be okay. Im impressed at this location’s ability to make you feel at home. Thank you Dr. Elijah and staff for all that you do

This has to be the WORST experience I’ve ever had. I’m a firm believer of, as the world changes so must we. This urgent care has no care! They are rude ,grimaces ,lackluster. How can you work in the field of medicine and not know how to be nice to clients mental health. I went to get a physical waited for more than 2 hours. Which is fine, but as soon a the nurse came in she denied my claim. Because of my medication I asked for the paperwork back to go elsewhere. They told me to sit down as I waited, filed it! Saying I can’t get approved until I have a doctor approved saying I no longer take it. That’s the last thing we need is someone to go off medication, we already have enough of that in the world. I’ve had this issue before but reached out to my primary doctor. Can I also say I wasn’t seen by doctor she was a nurse practitioner…..
I want to say these people at this Urgent Care are disgusting. They have no idea what it’s like to live with depression then be laughed at.

Last thing about this place. When I arrived I heard a nurse talking so loud to a man. About how he would have to pay out of pocket for his STD test. I met him outside and let him know where we have free STD clinics in the valley. What is with this state and the lack of knowledge and people knowing their status. This place is such a mess don’t go here!

My surgery and my last minute urgent Care visit were excellent. Banner seems to always treat you like you're the most important person at the time.
