The staff are always so helpful and kind! Our Lola can be a bit timid and is reactive toward other animals. They always make her feel comfortable and they accommodate for all of her needs! We love seeing Dr. Crowther.

My experience with Bargersville Vet Hospital was very good. I was early for the appointment...They are very thorough in reminding you of your upcoming appointment.

The people working the front counter were very nice and informed me the tech would be out to see me shortly. The tech came out and we weighed the dog and went straight to a room. The tech was great working with me and the dog. It was clear that she had reviewed the information that I had provided prior to the visit.

The Dr came into the exam room and we discussed
the my concerns with the dog. Here's where the fun began, the dog is a rather large St Bernard with a very strong will. He wanted nothing to do with anything the tech or the Dr wanted to accomplish. The Dr was able to finish the exam and then it was time to "try" to get a blood draw. The St wasn't having any part in the procedure. He isn't mean, but he is very strong. He denied every attempt to get the sample. The Dr came back into the room and we tried again with 4 of us trying to hold the dog down...nope. In the end I decided that the dog needed to be neutered. His strong will, and my strong will don't get along. The blood will be drawn during the procedure.

As you might assume, the dog gave everyone a workout. He's not a bad dog, just strong willed and large. During the entire time we struggled the staff and Dr were extremely patient and kind to both me and the dog. In my opinion, they went above and beyond in trying to get the blood sample.

The charges were fair, and the service was excellent. Not sure what else you could ask for in a Vet visit.

I just want to thank the lovely front desk staff and vet techs. They are always so kind and patient with anxious dogs like my Peaches. I genuinely think these ladies care and always have great service. I hope they know how much we appreciate them!

Update 8/02/24: Just want to thank the wonderful staff again! Peaches has been a patient here for 2 years now. We had a successful wellness exam today thanks to the patience and loving care of the staff here. They have helped my dog so much with her vet anxiety! Peaches loves the “cheese ladies” here. Trust these guys to treat your pet compassionately.

Our dog is very anxious when going to the vet. The staff took their time to help him acclimate to the office and exam room. All information was discussed at length and in detail. They provided options for care and for obtaining pet medications. We are glad we found this vet practice.

We take our chihuahua mix to Bargersville Veterinary for her healthcare needs. The whole staff is so attentive and informative. Nyla gets the best of care and pet parents do too! Nyla is healthy, but when she has issues, she has received compassionate and thorough care.

After having a bad experience with another unprofessional staff at another office scared my dog years ago I looked for someone new. I have been taking him here for a few years now. Everyone is so friendly and kind. And truly care. I will never go anywhere else. Dr Soto is so good with Hershey. I could never take him anywhere else.
