My husband and I provide a loving, forever home for elderly and special needs Scottish terriers; at times, we might have as many as four wonderful wee beasties under our roof . . . and in our big backyard . . . and snoozing in front of the fireplace. We rely on Tess Bradley and Bark Avenue Pet Grooming Salon to keep our "great Scots" clean, well-groomed and looking their very best. We appreciate Tess' time and attention to detail, and our beautiful black boys really seem to like their dapper new "Scottie cuts."

I had my pets groomed regularly by Tess while living in Orofino. Additionally, I boarded my dogs with them on several occasions when my family had to travel and we could not bring them. Our dogs loved Tess and never seemed unhappy. Service was timely and they did a great job. I’ve often thought about bringing my pups with me when visiting the area just to stop by and let her do her great work and have a chance to visit. I’ve never been anything but satisfied with the service they provide. Would recommend them to any friend.

Tess did a good job on the grooming If you want a straight forward pet grooming, however be sure you know where her grooming location is before you go because Google will direct you to where her dog boarding is, not to the grooming location. The Google location is not for anyone who might be acrophobic (um, yes, me) cuz it is about 15 minutes from where her shop is currently located! Given we were first-timers with her and she is grooming within another business I was a bit annoyed that she didn't confirm where her actually grooming took place when we made the appointment, but beyond that she did a decent job.

Great service, just quite the drive to get there. She has the best grooming equipment and cages. She definitely has a love for pets. With the name Bark Avenue I assumed it would be downtown.

My dogs hate being boarded but with bark avenue they are always treated as though they are family. The dogs never want to come home because tess and her family spoil them and play with them lots.
