I’m new to the area and recently had a kitten make its way onto my porch and we instantly hit it off and became pals. So now I’m a kitten owner and if that’s the case I want the best for my new little buddy, Bamboo. I have been looking for the right vet and let me tell you these ladies are fantastic! They are so informative and detailed with everything they do and make all of your questions and concerns super easy. The best part was when one of the techs brought Bamboo back out to the exam room and they were holding each other like they were best friends, I could tell at that moment that these ladies truly love animals and doing an excellent job taking care of them (and me as well as I get anxious for my little buddy and ask a lot of questions). They did a great job with the procedure and an excellent job at alleviating my anxiety by answering my calls and even texts with silly little questions because I’m a worrier, and Bomboo is doing an excellent job recovering and is her happy little loving self! This is exactly the place I was looking for! If you are looking for an excellent vet in the bay county area I most definitely recommend giving Bayview a visit!

Dr McKnight is wonderful and has cared for all of my pets as her own as they’ve aged and gotten various conditions from cushings to diabetes. Unfortunately, I have to give a 2 star because the customer service you get by phone is so bad when Makayla is working. She tends to be rude, argumentative, and short. She has no care for you, your business, or your pets. Whatever gets you off the phone and out of her face the quickest is what’s preferred it seems like. We’ve been coming here since we moved to PC 4 years ago, but this one lady’s demeanor has us ready to look for a new vet to care for our three pets.

Not only are these the nicest people, but Dr. McKnight is really an amazing vet! So knowledgeable, compassionate, and works with you on the best way to keep your animal comfortable, and even on the price. My dog Sandy had a huge lump on her neck that was swelling. Another vet misdiagnosed it but the was getting worse so I took her to Bayview. They were closing but Dr. McKnight and her team stayed late to do an emergency procedure on Sandy. And she was better in a few days. They really go above and beyond.

Recently acquired my dog. He is a little over a year old. I took him to make sure he was healthy and up to date on his vaccines.. The prices are fair and reasonable. The staff are very friendly and efficient. My pup is a squirmer and they handled him well. Didn't have to wait long to be seen. Thank you!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Dr McKnight is amazing. I have been taking Opie (our english springer) here since he was a tiny puppy. She always remembers us and makes us feel welcome. Her and the staff of Bay View pay attention to our needs and go out of their way to help us any way they possibly can. I have been so happy using them for the past 3 years that I now bring our newest puppy, Byrdie here as well. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They are truly a blessing to us.
