I was looking for a veterinarian for my new puppy and decided to call this office. Unfortunately, the receptionist was quite unfriendly and made no effort to retain my business. When I identified myself as a new client and inquired about the price for a routine exam, she quoted me $89 and then $82, which was confusing. I also asked about a note on their website that indicated a special offer, but she informed me that it was outdated. I pointed out that it should be removed to avoid misleading potential customers, as it doesn’t have an expiration date. She simply responded that she would talk to her manager.

Based on this experience, I plan to leave a review of one or two stars due to their lack of professionalism and customer service. I will not be returning or calling again. Instead, I will explore different veterinarians in Stockton based on their reviews until I find a professional, affordable, and quality vet for my puppy.

Friday, August 23, our dog, Cody, finally gave in to his age and illnesses and needed to be euthanized. I tried calling our regular vet several times and each time got a recording that they were busy and would call back.( Never got a call back) Finally we gave up and went to Bear Creek. Even though we had never been there before and even though it was late in the day, they took us in, were kind and compassionate, and provided loving care for our furkid. We can't thank the entire staff enough! Thank you all and God bless each of you.

They saved my dog's life when he was just 6 months old and now he is 7 and Service Dog with documents. I like going to see the Veterinarian there he remember when he saved Arkin's life and he is delighted to see him every time we go.

My Son's dog, who he rescued a few years ago, while in Arizona, wasn't looking too well. Concerned, he drove to Rosemarie V.H., where he was recommended to bring his dog, Chip, to Bear Creek. They were very caring and understanding once he arrived. Chip was seen by the nurse and doctor, who truly sympathized with my son. When it was Chips time to go, everything was handled with care and assurance. The staff was incredible with my son, giving him the hospitality to grieve and say goodbye in private. Not an easy time for a first visit but Bear Creek made everything right. Big thank you!

I went here with my dog yesterday, 7/9, and the new veterinarian charged me close to $300 for nothing. My family had been clients here for over 20 years when Dr. Singh and a vet named Connie were there but everything change. The 40 years they claim to have of excellent service is false advertisement because the entire staff is new and useless. Do not take your pets here. I expected the vet to clean the affected area but she did not. She does not care. It is all about the money with these individuals

I took my 11 year old rescue chihuahua here to have an exam and a nail trim! She has been abused and was so scared as was I! The vet was amazing! Dr. Leanna was kind and addressed all of my questions with concern and fully explained everything about the exam and anesthesia to me. I would definitely recommend taking your animal here! They were so nice to my dog it meant the world to me!

I’ve been with another vet for about 10 years, but they recently closed and transferred all their pets to Bear Creek. I wasn’t very happy because Bear Creek is a farther drive for me and we’ve been with the other vet for quite some time. What I can say is my pups had their first visit recently, and with the transition, I’ve had to call the office multiple times….but with that, Antionette and Chrissy with Bear Creek are beyond amazing and I now welcome Bear Creek to provide trusted care to my pets. Antionette and Chrissy are so sweet, so nice, friendly, understanding, and patient. Both excel in customer service, and for that, my pets and I thank you. I also like the text message/email reminders that I receive regarding care and appointments etc. As far as prices, everything is pricey these days but I feel their prices are comparable with any other vet. For now, we have received excellent customer service and excellent/compassionate and gentle care for my pups, and we are happy.

The staff was super friendly and very understanding. I visited this hospital two years ago when I had to put my cat peanut down. They were so polite and let me take my time when I had to say goodbye to my fur baby. Two weeks later I received a letter in the mail with everyone’s signature on it and a nose print and paw print of peanut. I didn’t ask for one and the the time I was barely able to pay for the euthanasia but they were able to make accommodation to fit my budget. To this day I am thankful I chose to go to them. All in all very professional and super polite!
