On Monday, only my Second time to Beechwood Veterinary, I had to take my senior dog, Malachi, in (He was vomiting and had a Seizure) even though i didn't have an appointment they got me right in. They discovered 3 tumors. One in his brain, one in his stomach and one attached to his liver and at least 2 were bleeding. . . She recommended euthanasia. What a shock, I wasn't expecting to Not take him home; but Dr.Dawes And her entire staff were so caring and kind. They gave us as much time as we needed and she explained everything in detail, both before so we could make an informed decision and during so we understand what she was doing and why. Beechwood Veterinary Clinic helped us through a very difficult life transition; they Truly care ❤ and it shows.

I'm happy for the clients that have had a great experience with Beechwood Veterinary Clinic. Unfortunately it was NOT a good experience for us. Dr. Dawes did 2 unnecessary exploratory surgeries on our cat. She and her office manager/husband have refused to refund the $3,000 that it cost us. No Communication at all. They have refused to take any accountability for their actions. The positive reviews are made by employees and friends to counter the negative reviews. I would seriously think twice about taking your pet to Beechwood.

We had our first experience with Beechwood this week. Our old vet had retired and we were not happy with the vet to whom our records had been transferred. We tried to get our cat in to see another vet but new clients were being scheduled a month out. They recommended we try Beechwood and gave me the number. I am so glad they did! We were thrilled with our experience. The staff was so friendly and as soon as we walked into the exam room I was like omg these are my people! There was a giant cat tree and climbing platforms on the wall. So cool! I mean my cat was too anxious to check it all out, but still! They were so gentle with him. Even put a towel down so he didn't have to sit on the cold metal table. Dr. Dawes did a thorough exam and offered treatment options and walked us through the costs of everything. We appreciated all of the care taken. I am very happy to say we found our new vet!

Another fabulous, caring Veterinarian & staff! We had a stray kitty brave the dogs & ask for help at our home a few weeks ago. He was too sick for the Angola Humane Society to take him in just yet but they called around & got me an appointment with these great folks. Mister stray kitty is on his way back to good health because of Dr. Dawes treatment plan. Thank you much!🐾

I can not recommend this clinic highly enough. I am visiting from Saint Louis and my puppy was severely bitten by another dog. I rushed him here and everyone was so compassionate and caring. Even though they are not an emergency clinic they saw him and were able to stabilize him enough to get him to Fort Wayne. Dr Dawes will be forever engrained in my memory for her knowledge and willingness to help. I can not express how wonderful everyone on the staff was. They even made a make shift stretcher to help stabilize him in the car ride to Fort Wayne. Thank you to each one of you. Because of your generosity and overall care my puppy has a much better chance of fully recovering. I am forever indebted to you all. 💜🩵💜🩵

The staff is very friendly! definitely will continue taking my pup in. They also have a dog couch/bed with some toys in the room so it’s very pup friendly and by other reviews they also have cat rooms all cozy for them
