I have been with this Animal Hospital for a year now. I see one Vet and I really like him. But when he is out of the office the Vet technicians that talk to you do not help with your animals issues. I called tonight and my vet was out. They had me talk to a technician. I explained what my dog is going through and what was happening with him. She didn't even look at his record and she asked me if I check him out. Of course I did. I called because I couldn't find anything. My dog was bleeding from his mouth. He is going through a very intensive medical treatment and things could go very wrong. The technician just said well we are booked tonight and tomorrow but there is the emergency hospital you can take your dog. I said to her well the treatments for my dog are expensive and going to emergency is worse. The she basically said to me that what do you want me to do. Really that is the wrong attitude. I never ever had a technician not try to help me and suggest what it could be. So my rating for this hospital is a 2 for not responsive and not professional. I have been to many vets in my life. The vets who cared for my animals always made time to see my animals if the situation was serious. Even if it was the same day or the next if they were full that day. My previous vets always made sure to have open time in case of emergencies. I have never been told to take my dog to the emergency hospital as much as this Animal hospital. I understand after hours but during hours really! I am very disappointed today and will seek another vet office after the treatment for my dog is done. And I am very sad about that because I like my vet.

Dr. Katie was very kind with our bearded dragons as well as knowledgeable about care and diseases affecting them. Definitely would recommend her to anyone with an exotic type pet.

We have brought our dogs here before and recntly our turtle .
As well as thinking about brining my bunny here .
Eberyone here is nice and welcoming
